基于健康韧性的可变式住宅空间设计策略研究

【摘要】 近年来迫于新冠肺炎疫情形势,业内对于高密度人居环境和“住宅”这一最小居住单元的安全、健康发起了新一轮的审视。城市韧性机制的现实短板和理论下沿深度不足以指导现有居所的防线生成,单独成体系的可变式住宅没有突破传统卖点、把握住市场趋势转变的良机。因此,笔者思考是否能将理论与实践结合,通过整合健康韧性设计理念,指导聚居单元的空间构建,以可变式住宅为物质媒介,完善韧性系统住宅层次的运行机制和空间设计策略。本文由五个章节组成,从发现问题、理论剖析、调查汇总、分析解决层层递进,阐述如何将健康韧性理念与可变式住宅设计流程相结合,研究针对可变空间的设计策略。第一章为绪论,简要概述课题背景和国内外韧性理论、可变式住宅的发展现状,规划相应的研究思路,阐明将韧性理论与可变式住宅关联研究的重要意义。第二章总体回顾韧性理论和健康理论的核心要点,找到两者的联系并提取出健康韧性设计理念。梳理可变式住宅的关键技术和空间设计手法,从理论方法、系统状态和响应措施方面论证与健康韧性理念的配适性和可行性。第三章对现有可变式住宅空间进行调研将平面形式分类,归纳各自的特点和适用条件。通过入户调研和分时段利用网络问卷收集大众反馈,对不同功能空间的使用作出评价分析。得出韧性系统不完善,健康状态不稳定的现状问题。第四章通过构建可变式住宅的总体设计框架,旨在维持住宅系统的长期健康韧性状态。首先在设计前对住宅空间元素和健康影响因子进行剖析,找到空间品质提升的切入点;随后根据可变式住宅特性,提出自主式、预设式的初次设计路径,和菜单式、迭代式的再设计路径;最后提出应加强全周期监测维护,利用智能数字技术向现代化服务业转型,形成单一责任主体。第五章聚焦住宅空间设计,针对不变体厨卫空间提出精细功能、模块集成策略,对可变体空间提出入户缓冲、洄游流线、多义边界、子母单元、伸缩空间的设计手法,让可变式住宅拥有对抗突发扰动的瞬时韧性。最后整合全屋健康韧性技术要点,实现流线灵活、应急转化、符合需求的设计目标。本文通过对健康韧性理念的研究,指导生成可变式住宅总设计框架,总结不同模块的空间设计策略。愿能够促进可变式住宅品质螺旋上升发展,为未来住宅产业升级和后疫情时代的韧性居住单元设计提供一条浅薄的思路。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the international COVID-19 epidemic is unstoppable,and experts have launched a new round of scrutiny on the safety and health of high-density living environment and "dwelling",the smallest living unit.The practical shortcomings and theoretical depth of urban resilience mechanism are not enough to guide existing housing to generate its own defense.Self-contained variable dwellings did not break through the traditional selling point,and did not grasp the market trend change.Therefore,the author thinks whether the theory and practice can be combined.Through the integration of healthy and resilient design concepts,the spatial construction process of settlement units is guided.To improve the operation mechanism and spatial design strategy of the dwelling level of the resilient system by taking the variable dwellings as the material medium.This article is composed of five chapters.From the discovery of problems,theoretical analysis,investigation and summary,analysis and solution of problems,progressive narrative,and finally form the whole article.This article describes how to combine the concept of health and resilience with the design process of variable dwellings,and also studies the design strategy for variable space.Chapter one is the introduction.The background of the subject is briefly summarized.The theory of resilience and the development status of variable dwellings at home and abroad are summarized.The research ideas of the previous article are planned.At the same time,the article expounds the significance of linking resilience theory with variable dwellings.The second chapter reviews the key points of resilience theory and health theory.Find the link between the two theories and propose a healthy and resilient design concept.This article introduces the key technologies and spatial design techniques of variable dwellings.Finally,from the aspects of theoretical methods,system states and response measures,the compatibility and feasibility between variable dwellings and "healthy and resilient design concept" are demonstrated.Chapter three investigates the existing variable dwellings space.Classify the flat form of dwellings,and summarize their characteristics and applicable conditions.Investigate the design methods and living experience of variable dwellings renovation of three different family structures.Use green building software to simulate the residential environment and verify the lighting and ventilation of the interior.Then,the online questionnaire was used to collect public feedback at different times.Evaluate and analyze the use of different functional spaces.It is concluded that the residential resilience system is not perfect and the health status is not stable.The fourth chapter constructs the overall design framework of variable dwellings.To maintain the long-term health and resilience of the residential system.Firstly,before the design,analyze the residential space elements and health factors to find the breakthrough point of improving the space quality.Then,according to the characteristics of variable dwellings,the independent and preset initial design path,and the menu and iterative redesign path are proposed.Finally,it is suggested that the whole cycle monitoring and maintenance should be strengthened,and the modern service industry should be transformed by using intelligent digital technology to form a single responsibility subject.Chapter five focuses on residential space design.The strategy of fine function and module integration is put forward for the invariable kitchen and bathroom space.The design methods of entry buffer,migration streamline,polysemy boundary,nested unit and expansion space are proposed for variable space.Allow the variable dwellings to have instantaneous resilience against sudden disturbances.Finally,the whole house health and resilience technical points are integrated to achieve the design goals of flexible streamline,emergency transformation and meeting requirements.Through the research of healthy and resilient design concept,this article guides the formation of the overall design framework of variable dwellings.The spatial design strategies of different modules are summarized.The author hope to promote the spiral development of variable dwellings quality,and also hope to provide a shallow idea for the residential unit design method after the upgrading of the dwelling industry and the COVID-19 epidemic period in the future.
