新时代涉农高校实践育人体系构建研究

【摘要】 习近平总书记高度重视农业农村现代化,从习近平总书记给全国涉农高校的书记校长和专家代表的回信中,就可以感受到习近平总书记对涉农高校寄予的厚望。中国农业农村现代化的发展离不开科技的支撑和人才的涌流,而作为培养农科人才主阵地的涉农高校,肩负着为国家农业发展输送具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型农科人才的艰巨任务,所以涉农高校应牢记习近平总书记的嘱托,在思想观念上愈加重视实践育人这一重要的育人手段,在行动上更加注重对学生创新精神和实践能力的培养。虽然涉农高校实践育人取得了一定的成绩,在培养农科人才的过程中发挥了重要作用,但在目标体系、内容体系以及管理体系等方面仍然存在不少问题。研究新时代涉农高校实践育人体系,对于提升涉农高校实践育人水平,增强实践育人的实效性具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本文在解析涉农高校实践育人体系的理论基础和基本内涵的基础之上,通过文献研究法、发布调查问卷的形式对几所涉农高校实践育人的现状进行调查,明晰了涉农高校实践育人取得的成就,同时也发现了存在的一些问题,针对这些问题对其产生的原因进行了探究,进而对新时代涉农高校实践育人体系的构建做出一些思考。全文共分为四个部分。第一部分是绪论,阐述涉农高校实践育人体系构建研究的背景以及意义所在,并对国内外已有的研究进行归纳分析,同时展示了撰写本文的研究思路、运用的主要方法以及创新点。第二部分是新时代涉农高校实践育人体系的理论概述。首先对涉农高校、实践育人、涉农高校实践育人体系的概念进行了界定,其次通过阅读马克思主义相关经典著作,概述了实践育人的理论基础,再次分析总结了涉农高校实践育人具有的特点和在开展实际工作中应该遵循的原则,最后结合时代背景探讨了涉农高校实践育人的必要性。第三部分是新时代涉农高校实践育人的现状及制约因素分析。基于对几所涉农高校实践育人现状的调查,总结分析了涉农高校实践育人已取得的成就,剖析了涉农高校实践育人存在的主要问题,并对其产生的原因进行了探究。第四部分是完善新时代涉农高校实践育人体系的路径选择。从涉农高校实践育人的目标体系、内容体系、组织保障体系和评价体系等几方面入手,对新时代涉农高校实践育人体系的构建提供几点建议,从而更好地促进涉农高校实践育人工作的开展。

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the modernization of agricultur e and rural areas.From the reply of the general secretary to the secretaries and principals and experts of the national agricultural universities,we could feel the great expectations of Genera l Secretary Xi to the agricultural universities.The development of China’s agricultural and rur al modernization is inseparable from the support of science and technology and the influx of t alents.As the main position of cultivating agricultural talents,agricultural related colleges and universities shoulder the arduous task of conveying applied agricultural talents with innovativ e spirit and practical ability for national agricultural development.Therefore,agricultural relat ed colleges and universities should bear in mind the entrustment of General Secretary Xi and pay more attention to the importance of practice education in ideology.We should pay more a ttention to the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practical ability.Although agricult ural colleges and universities have made some achievements in practical education and played an important role in the process of cultivating agricultural talents,there are still many proble ms in the target system,content system and management system.It is of great significance to study the practical education system of agricultural colleges and universities in the new era for improving the level of practical education and enhancing the effectiveness of practical education.Based on this,based on the analysis of the theoretical basis and basic connotation of the practical education system in agriculture related colleges and universities,this paper investigates the current situation of practical education in several agriculture related colleges and universities by means of literature research and questionnaire,clarifies the achievements of practical education in agriculture related colleges and universities,at the same time,it also finds some problems,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.This paper probes into the construction of practical education system in agriculture related colleges and universities in the new era.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the construction and research of the practical education system in agricultural universities,and summarizes and analyzes the existing research at home and abroad,and shows the research ideas,main methods and innovation points of writing this paper.The second part is the theoretical overview of the practical education system of agricultural universities in the new era.First of all,it defines the concept of practice education,agriculture related colleges and universities,and then summarizes the theoretical basis of practice education by reading the relevant classic works of Marxism,and then analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of practice education in agricultural colleges and universities and the principles that should be followed in the actual work.Finally,it discusses the practice of agricultural colleges and universities combined with the background of the times.It is necessary to practice and educate people.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and restricting factors of practical education in agricultural universities in the new era.Based on the investigation of the current situation of practical education in several agriculture related universities,this paper summarizes and analyzes the achievements of practical education in agriculture related universities,analyzes the main problems existing in practical education in agriculture related universities,and probes into the causes.The fourth part is the path choice to improve the practical education system of agricultural universities in the new era.Starting from the target system,content system,organization guarantee system and evaluation system of practice education in agriculture related colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of practical education system in agricultural universities in the new era,so as to better promote the development of practical education in agricultural universities.
