榆林化工有限公司专业技术人员工作满意度评价研究

【摘要】 专业技术人员是企业的核心资源,专业技术人员工作满意度评价是分析企业发展现状、掌握员工工作状态、提升企业运行效率的关键环节和主要内容。榆林化工有限公司作为兰州石化公司“十三五”规划重要转型升级的战略工程,专业技术人员工作满意度一直以来都是兰州石化公司所关注的重点和管理的关键。因此,对专业技术人员工作满意度现状以及影响满意度的关键因素进行深入分析,并对其进行科学评价就成为提升专业技术人员工作满意度的,提高企业竞争力的必然选择。文章在文献梳理的基础上,首先对榆林化工专业技术人员管理现状进行了分析,进而应用调查法和计量分析方法对其满意度展开研究,研究表明企业后勤保障、工作环境、人际交往、工作报酬、职业发展、安全保障是影响满意度的主要因素,而且不满意人数占比达到50%以上;基于此在构建专业技术人员工作满意度评价指标体系的基础上,运用AHP—模糊综合评价法进行评价,具体评价结果显示后勤保障和职业发展评价为不满意,工作环境和人际交往评价为一般,工作报酬和安全保障评价为满意,总体评价满意度为“一般”水平,最后从重视提升后勤服务质量、改善办公工作环境、营造和谐人际关系、完善工作报酬体系、关注职业发展空间、加强公司安全保障等提出提升策略,以期为强化榆林公司专业技术人员管理提供决策支持,并对同行业其他企业专业技术人员管理提供决策参考。
【Abstract】 Professional and technical personnel are the core resources of the enterprise,and the job satisfaction evaluation of professional and technical personnel is the key link and main content to analyze the development status of the enterprise,master the working status of employees,and improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise.Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.is an important strategic project for transformation and upgrading in the "13th Five Year Plan" of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.The job satisfaction of professional and technical personnel has always been the focus of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and the key to management.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the status quo of professional and technical personnel’s job satisfaction and the key factors affecting satisfaction,and scientific evaluation of them become the inevitable choice to enhance professional and technical personnel’s job satisfaction and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of literature review,the paper first analyzes the current management situation of Yulin’s chemical professional technicians,and then studies their satisfaction by using survey and quantitative analysis methods.The research shows that enterprise logistics support,work environment,interpersonal communication,work remuneration,career development,and security are the main factors affecting satisfaction,and the number of dissatisfied people accounts for more than 50%;Based on this,on the basis of building the evaluation index system of professional and technical personnel’s job satisfaction,the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluation.The specific evaluation results show that the logistics support and career development evaluation are unsatisfactory,the work environment and interpersonal communication evaluation are average,the work remuneration and safety assurance evaluation are satisfactory,and the overall evaluation satisfaction is "average".Finally,from the emphasis on improving the logistics service quality Improve the office working environment,create harmonious interpersonal relationship,improve the work remuneration standard,pay attention to career development space,strengthen the company’s security and other promotion strategies,so as to provide decision support for strengthening the management of professional technicians of Yulin Company,and provide decision-making reference for the management of professional technicians of other enterprises in the same industry.
