【摘要】 拜登政府组织反华联盟,试图拉拢其他国家共同抵御中国崛起,建立起更加坚固的霸权“围墙”,美国冲到反华一线,对华政策转向激进,其反华操作影响中国与各国的合作大局,此举公然违背全球化合作,是逆全球化的一种体现,拜登政府扩大对中国的围剿范围,从经济,政治,军事等各个领域试图击垮中国,阻止中国复兴,从特朗普时期散布中国威胁论开始,美国对中国的恶意诬陷从未停息,中国以“和”的姿态包容美国的恶意,却没有换来平等对话,拜登政府变本加厉的持续输出对中的舆论战争,反华议题包罗万象,致使中美关系不能在理性的前提下得到缓和。拜登政府执政后,全面掌握外交安全领域权力,将修复美国霸权作为优先工作,并据此维持特朗普政府开启的对华战略竞争。相比之前,完善了对华竞争的战略逻辑、细化了相关政策布局、调整了竞争的限度空间,使之更加符合民主党的总体议程,但其政策推进面临内外挑战。在拜登政府的主导下的对华战略竞争并不符合中美两国和世界的利益,中美关系健康稳定发展需要美方更加理性务实的政策。美国对中国的遏制已经不是一朝一夕的事,从冷战结束到现如今,美国层出不穷的手段让中国彻底看清其真实面貌,疫情期间,美国更是主导舆论战来抹黑中国,企图击垮中国的意识形态,对中输出西方国家的价值观念,从精神上瓦解中华民族,同时,中方对美实施的一系列反华战略奋起反击,对美国的针对性国际机制与制造的事端理性对待,从大国角度冷静处理,立足于中国的协调发展与国家建设的整体推进,中国展现了应有的大国风范,以共同利益为核心谋求共同发展,从战略政治、经贸技术、中美认知层面强化自身能力,与美国进行对抗。本文通过研究拜登政府对华战略竞争,对中美关系延伸出的诸多问题进行探究得出中国对策,本文共分为五部分,从竞争定义、历史成因、竞争内容、主要表现、应对策略方面全面阐述,清晰呈现本文的主要论点与研究成果,为之后的中国对美研究提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Biden government organized an anti-China alliance,trying to win over other countries to jointly resist China’s rise and build a stronger "wall" of hegemony.This move is a blatant violation of global cooperation and is a manifestation of anti-globalization.The Biden administration has expanded the scope of encirclement and suppression of China,trying to defeat China in various fields such as economy,politics,and military,and prevent China from reviving.The spread of the China threat theory has begun,and the malicious slander of China by the United States has never stopped.China tolerated the maliciousness of the United States with a "peaceful" attitude,but it did not exchange for equal dialogue.All-encompassing,so that Sino-US relations cannot be eased under the premise of rationality.After the Biden administration came to power,it fully grasped the power in the field of diplomacy and security,and took the restoration of American hegemony as a priority,and based on this,it maintained the strategic competition with China initiated by the Trump administration.Compared with before,it has improved the strategic logic of competition with China,refined the relevant policy layout,and adjusted the limited space for competition to make it more in line with the overall agenda of the Democratic Party.However,its policy advancement faces internal and external challenges.The strategic competition with China under the leadership of the Biden administration is not in the interests of China,the United States and the world.The healthy and stable development of Sino-US relations requires a more rational and pragmatic policy from the United States."The United States is no longer addicted to"containment of China overnight.From the end of the Cold War to the present day,the United States has used endless means to make China fully aware of its ugly face.During the epidemic,the United States has even led public opinion wars to discredit China,attempting to "blackmail" China’s ideology,export the values of Western countries to China,and mentally disintegrate the Chinese nation,but the United States has not succeeded.",China has fought back against a series of anti China strategies implemented by the United States,treated the United States’ targeted international mechanisms and manufacturing issues rationally,and handled them calmly from the perspective of a major country.Based on the coordinated development and overall progress of national construction in medieval times,China has demonstrated its due style as a major country,pursuing common development with common interests as the core,strengthening its own capabilities from the strategic politics,economic and trade technology,and Sino US cognitive levels,and confronting the United States.This article studies the Biden administration’s strategic competition with China,and explores many issues arising from Sino-US relations to find China’s countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts,from the definition of competition,historical causes,content of competition,main manifestations,and coping strategies A comprehensive elaboration,clearly presenting the main arguments and research results of this article,and providing a certain reference for the future research of China on the United States.更多还原
