【摘要】 作为农业大省,黑龙江省为推进农业强省建设,在2023年的政府报告中指出,加快现代化农业强省建设,把现代农业作为振兴发展的重要内容,巩固提升农业综合生产能力。保持农业经济稳定发展的向好态势,推进农业经济高质量发展,全力当好维护国家粮食安全“压舱石”。本文聚焦黑龙江省农业经济发展实际情况,挖掘农业经济高质量发展潜力,建立农业经济高质量发展的指标体系,运用熵值法对农业经济发展高质量水平进行测度分析,通过动态GMM模型,分析农业经济高质量发展影响因素,推动农业经济向更高效、更优质发展。本文共有六部分内容。第一章为绪论,对研究背景、目的、意义及国内外相应学者研究取得的成果进行阐述;第二章对相关概念及理论基础进行了分析,包括农业、农业经济、农业经济高质量发展等分别进行了概念界定,并以增长极理论、可持续发展理论、舒尔茨改造传统农业理论作为论文理论支撑;第三章为黑龙江省农业经济高质量发展现实基础,从发展的现状、资源优势、区位优势分别进行论述,主要包括生产条件、绿色发展、共享发展、经济结构优化、资金投入等,并以哈尔滨市、齐齐哈尔市、鸡西市为典型案例分析其发展模式;第四章是构建黑龙江省农业经济高质量发展指标体系,从农业经济发展基础、农业经济结构优化、农业经济发展共享、农业经济绿色发展共4个维度16个指标,构建农业经济高质量发展指标体系,通过熵值法对各维度指标进行测度,测算农业经济高质量发展综合得分及各地级市(地区)发展水平;第五章是结合上一章节所测得的结果,通过动态GMM模型进行实证研究,分析黑龙江省农业经济发展的影响因素;第六章为结论与对策建议,提出符合黑龙江省实际发展的对策建议。研究表明,通过黑龙江省农业经济高质量发展指标的构建,对农业经济发展高质量发展水平、影响因素进行分析,黑龙江省整体农业经济高质量发展呈现稳步上升趋势,其中农业经济绿色发展和农业经济发展动力对农业经济高质量发展水平贡献较大,而农业经济结构优化和共享发展需要进一步增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major agricultural province,Heilongjiang Province,in order to promote the construction of a strong agricultural province,pointed out in the 2023 government report that it should accelerate the construction of a strong modern agricultural province,take modern agriculture as an important content of revitalization and development,and consolidate and improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity.Maintain a stable and positive development trend of the agricultural economy,promote high-quality development of the agricultural economy,and strive to be a "ballast stone" for maintaining national food security.This article focuses on the actual situation of agricultural economy development in Heilongjiang Province,explores the potential for high-quality development of agricultural economy,establishes an indicator system for high-quality development of agricultural economy,uses entropy method to measure and analyze the high-quality level of agricultural economy development,and analyzes the factors affecting high-quality development of agricultural economy through dynamic GMM model,so as to promote more efficient and high-quality development of agricultural economy.This article consists of six parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which elaborates the research background,purpose,significance,and achievements of corresponding scholars at home and abroad;The second chapter analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,including agriculture,agricultural economy,agricultural economic development,etc.,and uses the growth pole theory,sustainable development theory,and Schultz’s theory of transforming traditional agriculture as the theoretical support of the paper;The third chapter is the current situation of agricultural economic development in Heilongjiang Province,which is discussed from the basic advantages,resource advantages,and location advantages of development,mainly including production conditions,green development,shared development,economic structure optimization,and capital investment.Harbin,Qiqihar,and Jixi cities are taken as typical cases to analyze their development models;The fourth chapter is to construct an indicator system for high-quality development of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province,which includes four dimensions and16 indicators: agricultural economic development foundation,agricultural economic structure optimization,agricultural economic development sharing,and green development of agricultural economy.The indicator system for high-quality development of agricultural economy is constructed,and each dimension indicator is measured using entropy method to calculate the comprehensive score of high-quality development of agricultural economy and the development level of local cities(regions);The fifth chapter combines the results measured in the previous chapter and conducts an empirical study using a dynamic GMM model to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural economic development in Heilongjiang Province;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and countermeasures,proposing countermeasures and suggestions that conform to the actual development of Heilongjiang Province.The research shows that through the construction of high-quality development indicators for agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province,and the analysis of high-quality development levels and influencing factors of agricultural economy development,the overall high-quality development of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province has shown a steady upward trend.Among them,the green development of agricultural economy and the driving force of agricultural economy development have made a significant contribution to the high-quality development level of agricultural economy,while the structural optimization and shared development of agricultural economy need to be further strengthened.更多还原
