【摘要】 最近几年,我国经济数字化转型升级发展迅猛,数字经济规模持续增长。数字经济已然成为经济发展的强劲引擎,也成为了地方发展的新方向。在这样的形势下,长春市未来数字科技有限公司作为地方国有平台企业,业务范围主要集中在智慧城市建设和运营、新型基础设施建设和运营、科技园区建设和运营、数字产业投资和招商四个领域,要面对的不仅是数字经济时代带来的机遇,与此同时也面临着挑战,因此要充分利用数字资源和技术,打造一支高素质的研发团队,提升公司的技术创新能力,积极拓展国内外市场,提升市场占有率和品牌影响力,加强与合作伙伴的合作,建立稳定的合作关系,提高公司的生产力和经济效益,抢抓数字经济发展的重要战略机遇期,加强资本运作,拓宽融资渠道,提高资金利用率,提前做好统筹规划,明确短期和中长期的发展重点和次序,加强人才培养和引进,协调资源整合,实现高质量发展。本文对长春市未来数字科技有限公司的发展战略进行了研究,旨在抓住数字经济发展的重要机遇期,全面分析数字经济发展趋势及特点,为公司制定发展策略提供依据。文章首先简述了研究的内容、理论基础和相关文献内容,然后分析了公司所处的外部环境和内部环境。接着通过SWOT分析,提出了长春市未来数字科技有限公司应采用一体化增长型战略。最后,从新基建、智慧城市、数字产业园、技术研发、组织结构等各角度对该战略实施进行细化,在战略保障层面上则在人力、财务、技术、制度、文化建设等方面给出了意见。本研究旨在为其他处于同样发展阶段的数字行业国有企业提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the digital transformation and upgrading of China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the scale of the digital economy has continued to grow.The digital economy has become a strong engine for economic development and a new direction for local development.In such a situation,Changchun Future Digital Technology Co.,Ltd.as a local state-owned platform enterprise,the business scope is mainly focused on four areas: smart city construction and operation,new infrastructure construction and operation,science and technology park construction and operation,digital industry investment and investment,to face not only the opportunities brought by the digital economy era,while also facing challenges,so to make full use of digital resources and Therefore,we should make full use of digital resources and technologies,build a high-quality R&D team,enhance the company’s technological innovation capability,actively expand domestic and international markets,improve market share and brand influence,strengthen cooperation with partners,establish stable cooperative relationships,improve the company’s productivity and economic efficiency,seize the important strategic opportunity period of digital economy development,strengthen capital operation,broaden financing channels,improve capital utilization,and do a good job in advance.integrated planning,clarify short-term and medium-and long-term development priorities and sequences,strengthen talent training and introduction,and coordinate resource integration to achieve high-quality development.This article studies the development strategy of Changchun Future Digital Technology Co.,Ltd.and aims to seize the important opportunity period of digital economy development,comprehensively analyze the development trend and characteristics of digital economy,and provide a basis for the company to formulate development strategies.The article first briefly describes the content of the study,the theoretical basis and the content of relevant literature,and then analyzes the external and internal environment in which the company is located.Then,through SWOT analysis,it is proposed that Changchun Future Digital Technology Co.,Ltd.should adopt an integrated growth-oriented strategy.Finally,the strategy is refined from various perspectives such as new infrastructure,smart city,digital industrial park,technology R&D,and organizational structure,and opinions are given at the strategic guarantee level in terms of human,financial,technological,institutional,and cultural construction.This study aims to provide lessons for other state-owned enterprises in the digital industry at the same stage of development.更多还原
