【摘要】 人工智能、工业互联网等新兴智能技术与制造业的深度融合大大加快了制造业升级步伐,智能制造系统已经逐渐成为制造业生产线的典型模式。因此,智能制造系统研发对整个制造业的产业和技术升级起关键作用,然而,专门针对智能制造系统的研发管理方法和理论体系尚不完善,制约了智能制造系统研发过程的质量和效率。结合智能制造系统研发的特点,研究与之配套的研发管理体系可以有效提升智能制造系统研发管理水平,保证智能制造系统研发的质量和效率。本文以长期从事智能制造系统研发的TD公司为对象,首先,结合其所处行业智能制造系统研发的普遍现状,深入分析了TD公司智能制造系统研发管理中存在的组织架构、管理制度、研发管理模式与流程等方面的问题。其次,以对TD公司典型项目研发管理问题分析和相关人员访谈调查为依据,揭示了TD公司智能制造系统研发管理在模式与流程、组织协调、客户需求匹配等方面的问题,并深入分析了上述各方面问题的成因。再次,针对TD公司智能制造系统研发管理的现状和问题,通过对现有研发管理理论方法的对比,采用融合了门径管理理论和敏捷管理理论的敏捷-门径管理体系对TD公司研发管理体系进行改进。接着,明确了TD公司研发管理改进的原则和目标,从宏观上对TD公司研发管理的组织架构、规章制度体系进行改进。融合敏捷-门径管理体系规划TD公司智能制造系统研发管理的模式与流程,划分研发管理阶段并规划各阶段的评审方法。最后,建立TD公司智能制造系统研发管理流程中各阶段的具体方案,并明确了研发管理中客户需求匹配的改进思路。提出涵盖研发管理改进方案实施规划、研发质量管理、研发进度效率管理、研发绩效管理、企业文化等方面的保障策略。希望通过本文的研究,能够有效改善TD公司智能制造系统研发管理存在的问题,提高TD公司智能制造系统研发管理的质量和效率,并在TD公司建立有效的研发管理体系。从而为与TD公司具有相同领域和类型的智能制造系统研发企业提供示范效应,为智能制造系统研发领域的管理水平整体升级提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The deep integration of artificial intelligence,industrial Internet and other emerging intelligent technologies with the manufacturing industry has greatly accelerated the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and the intelligent manufacturing system has gradually become a typical mode of manufacturing production line.Therefore,the research and development of intelligent manufacturing system plays a key role in the industrial and technological upgrading of the whole manufacturing industry.However,the research and development management method and theoretical system for intelligent manufacturing system are not perfect,which restricts the quality and efficiency of the research and development process of intelligent manufacturing system.Combined with the characteristics of Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D,the research and development management system can effectively improve the level of Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D management and ensure the quality and efficiency of Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D.This paper takes TD Company,which has been engaged in the research and development of intelligent manufacturing system for a long time.Firstly,combined with the general situation of Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D in the industry where TD Company is located,the problems in organization structure,management system,R & D organization mode and other aspects in the R & D management of intelligent manufacturing system of TD Company are analyzed in depth.Secondly,based on the case analysis of TD Company’s Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D and the interview and investigation of relevant personnel,the problems of TD Company’s Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D management in the strategic level,project level,organization and coordination,and customer demand matching are revealed,and the causes of the above problems are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,in view of the current situation and problems of TD Company’s intelligent manufacturing system research and development,through combing the existing research and development management theories and methods,the agile gateway management system integrating the gateway management theory and the agile management theory is adopted to improve TD Company’s research and development management system.Then,it clarifies the principles and objectives of TD Company’s R & D management improvement,and improves the organizational structure,rules and regulations of TD Company’s R & D management from a macro perspective.Integrate the agile gateway management system to plan the overall process of R & D management of TD’s intelligent manufacturing system,divide the R & D management stages and plan the review methods of each stage.Finally,the specific scheme of each stage in the R & D management process of TD intelligent manufacturing system is established,and the key factors of the R & D management improvement scheme are clarified.Put forward the implementation means of TD Company’s R & D management improvement plan covering development planning and R & D technical route,R & D quality management,R & D progress efficiency management,R & D performance management,enterprise culture,etc.It is hoped that the research in this paper can effectively improve the problems existing in the R & D management of TD Company’s intelligent manufacturing system,improve the quality and efficiency of the R & D management of TD Company’s intelligent manufacturing system,and establish an effective R & D management system in TD Company.So as to provide a demonstration effect for Intelligent Manufacturing System R& D enterprises with the same fields and types as TD Company,and provide a reference for the overall upgrading of management level in the field of Intelligent Manufacturing System R & D.更多还原
