【摘要】 代建制作为一种新型的管理模式已经被广泛应用于政府投资项目的建设管理,由于代建制起步较晚、使用范围受限、积累的经验相对较少,且工程建设项目极具复杂性,导致在其实施过程中存在着诸多的风险,因此将风险管理运用到代建项目管理中就显得尤为重要、不可忽视。本文以代建管理和风险管理理论为指导,以综合建设服务中心代建的长兴岛海洋监测站项目作为研究对象,翻阅资料,研究本项目风险管理问题。首先概括的阐述了长兴岛海洋监测站项目的建设背景,介绍综合建设服务中心在代建项目风险管理工作中的现状,深入剖析现行风险管理工作中出现的问题;其次运用专业、科学的风险管理方法对本项目进行风险识别、风险评估,在此基础上详细列出相对应的风险应对措施,并进行风险监控;最后为了确保长兴岛海洋监测站项目风险管理方案顺利实施,对本项目风险管理工作提出几点保障措施。本文的研究,不仅是对长兴岛海洋监测站项目代建管理过程中风险管理工作的帮助,更是对以往综合建设服务中心凭借经验来进行风险管理旧做法的一种极大地创新;此次研究成果能够为未来综合建设服务中心代建的其他项目风险管理工作提供丰富的经验和有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new management mode,agent construction system has been widely used in the construction and management of government investment projects.Due to its late start,limited use scope,relatively less accumulated experience,and the complexity of engineering construction projects,there are many risks in its implementation process.Therefore,it is particularly important to apply risk management to agent construction project management It is important and can not be ignored.Guided by the theory of agent construction management and risk management,this paper takes the Changxing Island Marine Monitoring Station project built by the comprehensive construction service center as the research object,and studies the risk management of the project by reading the data.Firstly,the construction background of Changxing Island Marine Monitoring Station project is summarized,the status quo of comprehensive construction service center in risk management of agent construction project is introduced,and the problems in current risk management work are analyzed in depth;secondly,risk identification and risk assessment are carried out by using professional and scientific risk management methods,and corresponding risks are listed in detail on this basis Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project risk management plan of Changxing Island Marine Monitoring Station,several safeguard measures are put forward for the risk management of the project.The research in this paper is not only a help to the risk management work in the process of the project agent construction management of Changxing Island Marine Monitoring Station,but also a great innovation of the old practice of the comprehensive construction service center to carry out risk management based on experience.The research results can provide rich experience and valuable for the risk management of other projects in the future Reference.更多还原
