S智慧照明公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】 竞争战略是企业获得持续性竞争优势的关键,也决定着企业的经营成果。面对当前复杂的行业环境和企业的内部环境,如何积极制定企业的竞争战略,稳固企业的市场地位,是我国智慧照明公司面临的重要课题。S公司是一家智慧照明、智慧路灯行业的生产制造商,本文以战略管理理论为基础,以S智慧照明公司为研究对象,制定符合公司现状的竞争战略,为经营决策者提供参考依据,提高企业决策的科学性和有效性,从而使企业在发展过程中取得持续性竞争优势。本文以问题导向为研究思路,采用文献综述法、实地调查法获得企业的基础资料,对S智慧照明公司进行深入研究。首先,本文采用PEST分析法分析S智慧照明公司的外部宏观环境,分析结果表明外部环境给S智慧照明公司提供了良好的政策支持和发展机遇,但同时也存在着经济增速放缓和行业投资减速的风险;其次,本文对S智慧照明公司的行业环境进行分析,用波特五力模型分析S公司面临的行业竞争环境;采用SWOT分析方法分析公司的内外部环境,结合公司的战略目标,确定S公司的竞争战略应采用差异化战略,具体包括生产经营活动、客户服务、项目管理、营销服务四个方面,同时还提出落实战略的保障措施。
【Abstract】 Competitive strategy is the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,and also determines the business results of enterprises.In the face of the current complex industry environment and the internal environment of the enterprise,how to actively formulate the competitive strategy and stabilize the market position of the enterprise is an important topic faced by China’s intelligent lighting companies.S company is a manufacturer in the intelligent lighting and intelligent street lamp industry.Based on the strategic management theory,this paper takes S intelligent lighting company as the research object,formulates competitive strategy that conforms to the company’s current situation,provides reference for business decision-makers,and improves the scientificity and effectiveness of enterprise decision-making,so that enterprises can obtain sustainable competitive advantage in the process of development.This paper takes the problem-oriented approach as the research idea,uses the literature review method and the field investigation method to obtain the basic information of the enterprise,and conducts in-depth research on S intelligent lighting company.First of all,this paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the external macro environment of S intelligent lighting company.The analysis results show that the external environment provides good policy support and development opportunities for the company,but at the same time,there are risks of economic growth slowdown and industrial investment slowdown;Secondly,this paper analyzes the industry environment of S intelligent lighting company,and analyzes the industry competition environment faced by s company with Porter’s five forces model;SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company.In combination with the company’s strategic objectives,it is determined that the Competitive strategy of company S should adopt the differentiation strategy,specifically including production and operation activities,customer service,project management and marketing service.At the same time,the guarantee measures for implementing the strategy are also proposed.
