【摘要】 当今社会,随着科技发展和经济全球化,供应链也在不断改造升级,成为企业发展的重要的关注点。供应链管理系统在企业信息化建设中也发挥越来越重要的作用,逐渐成为企业核心竞争力。供应链计划软件作为供应链管理系统中的一部分,必须拥有较高的质量管理水平和技术要求,才能进一步做到高质量的供应链管理系统。本文以A公司供应链计划软件项目为研究对象,首先查阅了数字化、供应链计划相关的资料,从行业的角度了解供应链计划的产生、计划在供应链中的关系、以及供应链计划数字化管理软件项目的特点和预期的目标;然后查阅了国内外质量管理研究的资料,了解并归纳了国内外质量管理的现状及成果;最后运用PDCA循环原理,对供应链计划提出改进方案并在条件允许下进行实施:Plan阶段-以A公司供应链计划的PSI项目(一期)为案例研究其质量现状,找到影响质量问题的主要因素,并基于此制定出优化项目流程、增强质量规划和规范、优化需求管理三方面的改进措施,并预期贯彻到需求计划、开发计划、测试计划、上线计划的全项目生命周期中;Do阶段-将以上部分计划落地运用PSI项目(二期)中并记录跟踪、控制过程有序实施;Check阶段-对PSI项目(二期)上线后,跟踪用户使用情况,获得用户反馈信息:和PSI(一期)相比,PSI(二期)线上质量问题明显减少,客户满意度有所提升,本次质量改进是有效果的;Action阶段-项目结束后进行总结,对有效的经验补充质量改进方案,对遗留的问题以及未实施部分纳入到下一次PDCA循环中,实现质量不断改进。本文旨在通过项目管理理论和工具的研究,为A公司供应链计划软件项目的质量管理提出改进意见,提高项目质量水平,同时希望能作为成功经验复用到A公司供应链采购、仓储等项目中,为其他数字化管理软件项目提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s society,with the development of science and technology and economic globalization,the supply chain is constantly being transformed and upgraded,which has become an important concern of enterprise development.Supply chain management system also plays an increasingly important role in enterprise information construction and gradually becomes the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a part of the supply chain management system,supply chain planning software must have high quality management level and technical requirements,so as to further achieve a high-quality supply chain management system.In this paper,the supply chain planning software project of Company A is taken as the research object.Firstly,the related materials of digitalization and supply chain planning are consulted to understand the emergence of supply chain planning,the relationship between planning and supply chain,and the characteristics and expected goals of supply chain planning digital management software project from the perspective of industry.Then,the information of quality management research at home and abroad is consulted,and the present situation and achievements of quality management at home and abroad are understood and summarized.Finally,based on the PDCA cycle principle,this paper puts forward an improvement plan for supply chain planning and carries it out when conditions permit:Plan-Take the PSI project(Phase Ⅰ)of Company A in supply chain planning as a case to study its quality status,find out the main factors affecting quality problems,and based on this,formulate improvement measures in three aspects:optimizing project process,enhancing quality planning and standardization,and optimizing demand management,which are expected to be implemented in the whole project life cycle of demand plan,development plan,test plan and online plan;Do-Put the above plans into PSI project(Phase Ⅱ)and record the tracking and control process for orderly implementation;Check-After the PSI project(Phase Ⅱ)is launched,the user’s usage is tracked and the user’s feedback information is obtained:Compared with PSI(Phase Ⅰ),the online quality problems of PSI(Phase Ⅱ)are obviously reduced,and the customer’s satisfaction is improved.This quality improvement is effective;Action-Summarize the project,supplement the effective experience with the quality improvement plan,and incorporate the remaining problems and unimplemented parts into the next PDCA cycle to realize continuous quality improvement.The purpose of this paper is to put forward suggestions for improving the quality management of supply chain planning software project of Company A through the research of project management theory and tools,and to improve the quality level of the project.At the same time,it is hoped that it can be reused as a successful experience in supply chain procurement,warehousing and other projects of Company A,and provide reference for other digital management software projects.更多还原
