型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构设计方法研究

【摘要】 装配式建筑具有施工简便、工期短、节约能源等显著特点,符合我国可持续发展的要求。在课题组已有研究的基础上,考虑型钢连接对预制混凝土构件的影响,采用结构力学方法,对型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构的力学性能和设计方法进行了深入研究。本文主要研究工作如下:(1)基于小变形叠加原理与等位移原则,推导了型钢连接混凝土梁的等效抗弯刚度计算公式,通过算例对比分析,验证公式的有效性。在此基础上,分析了型钢连接件长度和节点参数变化对型钢连接混凝土梁抗弯刚度的影响。(2)基于小变形叠加原理与等位移原则,推导了型钢连接混凝土柱的等效抗弯刚度计算公式,通过算例对比分析,验证公式的有效性。(3)基于虚功原理,推导了型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构抗侧刚度和楼层侧移简化计算公式,通过与多种计算方法进行算例对比分析,验证了公式的有效性和型钢连接方式的优越性。基于等效水平力法,提出了结构考虑几何非线性影响的侧移简化计算方法,算例研究结果验证了几何非线性对该类结构楼层侧移的影响。(4)基于构件的等效抗弯刚度和结构的抗侧刚度计算方法,通过对结构力学计算方法进行修正,总结了型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构的内力计算、截面设计、连接设计及构造要求等简化设计方法,为实际工程应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Prefabricated building is characterized by simple construction,short construction period and energy saving,which meets the requirements of sustainable development in China.Based on the existing research of the research group,considering the influence of section steel connection on precast concrete members,the mechanical properties and design methods of fabricated concrete frame structure with section steel connection are studied in depth by using the method of structural mechanics.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the superposition principle of small deformation and the principle of equal displacement,the equivalent flexural stiffness calculation formula of section steel connected concrete beams is derived,and the effectiveness of the formula is rerified by comparison and analysis of numerical examples.On this basis,the influence of the length of section steel connectors and joint parameters on the flexural stiffness of section steel connected concrete beams is analyzed.(2)Based on the small deformation superposition principle and the equal displacement principle,the formula for calculating the equivalent flexural stiffness of concrete columns connected with section steel is derived.(3)Based on the principle of virtual work,the simplified formulas for calculating the lateral stiffness and floor lateral movement of prefabricated concrete frame structure with section steel connection are derived.The effectiveness of the formulas and the superiority of section steel connection method are verified by comparison and analysis with many calcu lation methods.Based on the equivalent horizontal force method,a simplified calculation method for the lateral displacement of the structure considering the geometric nonlinearity is proposed.The results of the example study verify the effect of geometric nonlinearity on the lateral displacement of the floor of this kind of structure.(4)Based on the calculation methods of equivalent flexural stiffness of components and lateral stiffness of structures,the simplified design methods such as internal force calculation,section design,connection design and structural requirements of prefabricated concrete frame structures with section steel connection are summarized by revising the calculation methods of structural mechanics,so as to provide reference for practical engineering applications.
