父母控制对初中生未来规划的影响:个人成长主动性和生命意义感的链式中介作用

【摘要】 青少年期是一个思考未来、准备向成年过渡的时期,同时也是个体未来取向迅速发展的关键时期。未来取向最重要的心理过程就是未来规划,这一时期青少年关于自身未来发展的思考、规划对其往后的生活具有积极作用。本研究采用《青少年未来规划问卷》、《父母控制问卷》、《个人成长主动性问卷》、《生命意义感问卷》对河南省安阳市某公立初中初一至初三年级共909名学生的现状进行调查,考察父母控制对初中生未来规划的影响,并进一步探讨初中生个人成长主动性、生命意义感在二者间的内在作用机制。利用SPSS 25.0、Process v3.5对所收集数据进行分析,所得主要研究结果如下:(1)父母行为控制与初中生个人成长主动性、生命意义感、未来规划均呈显著正相关;父母心理控制仅与生命意义感呈显著正相关;初中生个人成长主动性与生命意义感、未来规划间呈显著正相关;初中生生命意义感与未来规划呈显著正相关。(2)父母心理控制可以直接负向预测初中生未来规划,而父母行为控制无法直接预测初中生未来规划。(3)个人成长主动性在父母行为控制和初中生未来规划间起中介作用。(4)生命意义感既在父母行为控制和初中生未来规划间起中介作用,也在父母心理控制和初中生未来规划间起遮掩作用。(5)个人成长主动性与生命意义感在父母行为控制和初中生未来规划间起链式中介作用。研究结果表明,初中生未来规划会在很大程度上受到父母控制的影响,但父母行为、心理控制所起作用不同。个人成长主动性和生命意义感在父母控制与初中生未来规划之间的内在作用机制比较复杂。具体而言,初中生未来规划能够受到来自父母的行为控制的积极影响,这种积极影响的产生必须通过初中生个人成长主动性和生命意义感的中介作用才能实现;而父母心理控制可以直接影响未来规划,但是初中生生命意义感在其中起到掩蔽作用。基于各变量间的复杂关系,在对初中生未来规划的教育引导工作中应充分发挥家庭因素的积极作用,同时发挥社会和学校的相应功能,帮助家长选择科学教养方式,培养学生积极心理品质,从而帮助初中生更好地进行未来规划。

【Abstract】 Adolescence is a period of contemplation and preparation for the transition to adulthood,and it is also a critical period for the rapid development of an individual’s future orientation.The most important psychological process of future orientation is future planning.During this period,adolescents’ thinking and planning about their own future development have a positive effect on their future life.The study surveyed 909 students from the first to third grades of a public junior high school in Anyang City,Henan Province.First,they completed the Adolescent Future Planning Questionnaire,Parental Control Questionnaire,Adolescent’s Personal Growth Initiative Scale,and Meaning in Life Questionnaire to measure the current status of their future planning,parental control,personal growth initiative,and sense of life meaning.Then we examined the influence of parental control on junior high school students’ future planning,and further explored the internal mechanism of personal growth initiative and sense of life meaning between the two.By adopting SPSS25.0 and PROCESS v3.5 to analyze the collected data,the main research results are as follows:(1)Parental behavioral control was significantly positively correlated with junior high school students’ personal growth initiative,meaning in life,and future planning;parental psychological control was only significantly positively correlated with meaning in life;junior high school students’ personal growth initiative was significantly positively correlated with meaning in life and future planning;there is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students’ meaning in life and future planning.(2)Parental psychological control can directly and negatively predict the future planning of junior high school students,while parental behavioral control cannot directly predict the future planning of junior high school students.(3)Personal growth initiative plays a mediating role between parental behavioral control and junior high school students’ future planning.(4)Meaning in life not only plays a mediating role between parental behavioral control and junior high school students’ planning,but also plays suppression effect between parental psychological control and junior high school students’ future planning.(5)Personal growth initiative and meaning in life play a chain mediating role between parental behavioral control and junior high school students’ future planning.The research results show that the future planning of junior high school students will be largely affected by parental control,but the role of parental behavior and psychological control is different.The internal mechanism of personal growth initiative and life meaning between parental control and junior high school students’ future planning is complicated.Specifically,the future planning of junior high school students can be positively affected by behavioral control from parents,and this positive influence can only be realized through the mediating role of personal growth initiative and meaning in life;while parental psychological control can directly affect future planning,but sense of meaning in life plays a suppression effect in it.Based on the complex relationship among various variables,the positive role of family factors should be fully utilized in the education guidance work for the future planning of junior high school students,and the corresponding functions of society and schools should be brought into play at the same time to help parents choose scientific parenting methods and cultivate students’ positive psychological quality.So as to help junior high school students better plan for the future.
