哈尔滨市文化养老服务存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】 当前,随着我国经济发展速度加快和老龄化进程的加快,人们越来越多地关注文化养老服务方面的问题。作为一种新兴的养老方式,它得到了持续的发展。目前,家庭,老年大学,社区是哈尔滨市文化养老服务主要的运营载体和平台,它们在文化养老服务的发展中起到了非常关键的作用,并已经渐渐地变成了文化养老服务体系中必不可少的一个环节。文化养老服务的认知性问题、服务内容及服务对象单一性问题、供给不足和资源浪费情况并存、参与者队伍的专业性问题等阻碍了哈尔滨市文化养老服务的发展。哈尔滨市文化养老服务发展进程缓慢,文化养老服务资源供给需求不匹配等问题导致无法较好实现文化养老服务模式的高效运作和持久发展。针对以上问题,提出了完善哈尔滨市文化养老服务的对策,其中包括加强文化养老服务宣传教育、完善参与文化养老服务人员队伍的专业性、增加文化养老服务投放资金与设备、完善文化养老服务的创新机制四个方面,以此来提高哈尔滨市文化养老服务的质量和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,with the accelerated development of Chinese economy and the accelerated aging process,people pay more and more attention to the problems of cultural endowment service.Cultural pension as a new way of pension,it has been a continuous development.At present,families,universities for the elderly and communities are the main operating carriers and platforms of Harbin cultural elderly care service.They play a very key role in the development of cultural elderly care service and have gradually become an essential link in the cultural elderly care service system.The development of cultural pension services in Harbin is hindered by the cognitive problems,the single content and object of service,the coexistence of insufficient supply and waste of resources,and the professional problems of participants.In the process of its development,there are also many problems,such as the slow development process of Harbin’s cultural pension service,the mismatch between the supply and demand of cultural pension service resources and other problems,which lead to the failure to realize the efficient operation and sustainable development of the cultural pension service mode In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cultural pension service in Harbin,including strengthening the publicity and education of the cultural pension service,improving the professionalism of the personnel participating in the cultural pension service,increasing the investment funds and equipment of the cultural pension service,and improving the innovation mechanism of the cultural pension service,so as to improve the quality and level of the cultural pension service in Harbin.更多还原
