基于知识图谱的公共卫生领域文献核心作者遴选应用研究

【摘要】 研究目的:2019年底新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的暴发使得公共卫生领域成为社会各界关注的热点领域,在此次抗击疫情的过程中,公共卫生领域的专业人员发挥了重要作用。但在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的过程中,我国的疾病防控和突发公共卫生事件应急能力显得相对薄弱,这也反映出目前我国公共卫生领域仍存在专业人才队伍规模不足、学科建设存在一定的局限性等问题。本研究以中国知网中公共卫生领域2000—2021年的相关文献作为数据源,通过采用构建知识图谱的方法,完成公共卫生一级研究领域及近三年热点研究领域、前沿研究领域核心作者的遴选,并针对目前存在的问题提出相应的对策建议,以促进公共卫生领域学术共同体建设,带动公共卫生领域学科长远发展,促进科研成果进行有效转化,解决实践中的具体问题,更好服务于我国公共卫生事业发展。同时,为公共卫生领域相关评审活动中同行专家的遴选和专家库建立提供借鉴参考。研究方法:(1)文献研究法:通过政策梳理和文献研究,了解公共卫生领域的发展历程,了解核心作者遴选的常用方法,并借鉴已有研究的经验,构建知识图谱,避免重复工作,为下一步的研究提供基础。(2)文献计量法:本研究应用文献计量法中的共词分析法和词频分析法,对国内公共卫生领域研究热点、研究前沿等做文献计量分析。(3)共词聚类分析法:本研究应用共词聚类分析法对公共卫生领域作者的研究热点进行聚类划分,了解领域包含的研究热点及热点研究领域的特征。(4)信息可视化技术:本研究应用信息可视化技术,直观展示构建的知识图谱中的领域信息及作者信息,清晰展现作者之间的关系,更好遴选出公共卫生领域核心作者。(5)专家访谈法:本研究应用专家访谈法,请专家对公共卫生二级研究领域分类的合理性以及利用CiteSpace软件分析得到的13个突现关键词所属的前沿领域归类给予修改意见。研究结果:本研究以中国知网中公共卫生领域2000年一2021年的44,638篇文献作为数据源,通过实体抽取、关系抽取、实体对齐等关键技术,完成了包含151,684个实体、942,504个关系的知识图谱的构建,借助Neo4j图数据库实现了公共卫生领域知识图谱的可视化。通过构建核心作者遴选公式,借助5个核心作者遴选指标,使用熵权法分析得出指标权重,计算所有作者的得分,并与知识图谱进行关联,遴选出了公共卫生一级研究领域前三十位核心作者。借助CiteSpace软件,在原2000—2021年的44,638条数据中筛选出2019年—2021年间发表的18,367篇文献作为数据源,通过关键词聚类分析得到公共卫生近三年的热点研究领域为:网络舆情治理研究、慢病管理研究、传染病防治研究、基本医疗卫生服务研究、流行病学特征研究、突发事件应急管理研究、卫生监督管理研究以及新冠肺炎与疫情防控研究。通过突现关键词图谱分析得到公共卫生近三年的前沿研究领域为:新冠肺炎与疫情防控研究、突发事件应急管理研究、公共卫生风险治理研究、网络舆情治理研究、健康教育与促进研究、突发公共卫生事件对心理健康的影响研究。同时在知识图谱中完成公共卫生近三年的热点研究领域、前沿研究领域核心作者的遴选,并得到各热点研究领域、前沿研究领域排名前十位的核心作者。研究结论:公共卫生领域的核心作者主要集中在国内高等院校和医院且核心作者所处地域主要集中在经济发展水平较高的地区。公共卫生领域作者的合作类型相对单一,但领域研究的辐射能力逐渐增强,领域的研究前沿与时事热点密切相关。为了能够更好遴选出公共卫生领域的核心作者,促进公共卫生领域高质量发展,要加强公共卫生领域学科建设、强化多学科融合,拓宽公共卫生领域核心作者研究的持续性、深度及广度,鼓励公共卫生领域学者开展多方交流合作、促进成果转化,加大疾病预防控制中心和科研机构公共卫生领域研究队伍建设,培育中西部地区公共卫生领域研究力量以及推广知识图谱等多种方法在专家遴选及专家库建设等方面的应用。

【Abstract】 Research purposes:The outbreak of the COVID-19 at the end of 2019 made the public health field a hot area of concern from all walks of life.In the process of fighting the epidemic.professionals in the field of public health played an important role.However,in the process o f responding to the COVID-19,China’s ability to prevent and control diseases and respond to public health emergencies is relatively weak,which also reflects that China’s public health fiel d still has insufficient scale of professional talents and certain limitations in discipline constru ction.There are certain limitations and other shortcomings.This study uses the relevant literat ure in the field of public health in CNKI from 2000 to 2021 as the data source,and uses the m ethod of building a knowledge map to complete the first-level research field of public health a nd the hot research fields and frontier research in the past three years.Selection of core author s in the field,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems,in order to promote the construction of the academic community in the field of pub lic health,drive the long-term development of the field of public health,promote the effective transformation of scientific research results,and solve the problems in practice specific issues,to better serve the development of China’s public health undertakings.At the same time,it pr ovides a reference for the selection of peer experts and the establishment of expert databases i n the relevant review activities in the field of public health.Research methods:(1)Literature research method:Through policy sorting and literature research,we can understand the development process of the public health field,understand the common methods of selecting core authors,and learn from the experience of existing research to build knowledge graph,avoid duplication of work,and provide information for further research.(2)Bibliometric method:This study applies co-word analysis method and word frequency analysis method in bibliometric method to do bibliometric analysis on domestic research hotspots and research fronts in the field of public health.(3)Co-word clustering analysis method:This study applies the co-word clustering analysis method to cluster and divide the research hotspots of authors in the field of public health,so as to understand the research hotspots included in the field and the characteristics of the hotspot research fields.(4)Information visualization technology:This research applies information visualization technology to intuitively display the domain information and author information in the constructed knowledge graph,clearly show the relationship between authors,and better select the core authors in the field of public health.(5)Expert interview method:The expert interview method was used in this study,and experts were invited to give their opinions on the rationality of the classification of the secondary research field of public health and the classification of the frontier fields to which the 13 emerging keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software.Research results:In this study,44,638 documents in the field of public health in CNKI from 2000 to 2021 were used as the data source.Through key technologies such as entity extraction,relation extraction,and entity alignment,the knowledge of 151,684 entities and 942,504 relations was completed.The construction of the graph realizes the visualization of the knowledge graph in the field of public health with the help of the Neo4j graph database.By constructing a scoring formula for core author selection,with the help of 5 core author selection indicators,using the entropy weight method to analyze the index weights,calculating the scores of all authors,and correlating them with the knowledge graph,the top thirty core authors in the public health primary research area were selected.With the help of CiteSpace software,18,367 documents published from 2019 to 2021 were selected from the original 44,638 pieces of data from 2000 to 2021 as the data source.Through keyword clustering analysis,the hot research areas of public health in the past three years were obtained:Network public opinion governance research,chronic disease management research,infectious disease prevention research,basic medical and health service research,epidemiological characteristics research,emergency management research,health supervision and management research,and the research on the COVID-19 prevention and control.The frontier research areas of public health in the past three years are obtained through the analysis of the emerging keyword map:research on the COVID-19 prevention and control,emergency management research,public health risk management research,network public opinion governance research,health education and promotion Research,the impact of public health emergencies on mental health.At the same time,the selection of core authors in the hot research fields and frontier research fields of public health in the past three years has been completed in the knowledge map,and the top ten core authors in each hot research field and frontier research field have been obtained.Research conclusion:The core authors in the field of public health are mainly concentrated in domestic colleges and universities and hospitals,and the regions where the core authors are located are mainly concentrated in regions with a high level of economic development.The type of cooperation among authors in the field of public health is relatively simple,but the radiation ability of field research has gradually increased,and the research frontiers in the field are closely related to current affairs hotspots.In order to better select the core authors in the field of public health and promote the high-quality development of the field of public health,it is necessary to strengthen the discipline construction in the field of public health,strengthen multidisciplinary integration,and expand the research scope of core authors in the field of public health.Continuity,depth and breadth,encourage scholars in the field of public health to carry out multi-party exchanges and cooperation,promote the transformation of achievements,increase the construction of research teams in the field of public health in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and scientific research institutions,and cultivate research forces in the field of public health in the central and western regions And promote the application of knowledge graph and other methods in expert selection and expert database construction.
