【摘要】 改革开放以来,伴随着经济的发展,中国的出口贸易获得了快速增长,成为全球第一大出口贸易国。然而,出口贸易规模扩大了,但出口产品的技术含量和质量还处于低端位置,这不利于中国实现从贸易大国向贸易强国的转变。在中国出口贸易增长的同时,对外直接投资(OFDI)的规模也获得了快速的发展。其规模的快速增长是中国经济国际化进程中的一个典型特征,改变了中国企业长期以来通过出口参与国际经济合作的单一模式。但OFDI的母国效应,尤其是对母国出口产品技术含量和质量的影响是正向还是负向?不同视角的研究获得的结论存在差异。基于此,本文拟通过现有的文献和资料数据深入探究中国OFDI对于出口产品质量的影响。本文通过理论与实证相结合的方式探究OFDI对出口产品质量产生的影响。本文的主要内容包括以下五个部分:第一部分是绪论。主要介绍了研究背景和研究意义,并梳理国内外相关文献研究,包括OFDI影响母国的相关研究、OFDI影响出口产品质量的相关研究以及其他影响出口产品质量的因素的相关研究,在已有的研究基础上提出本文的创新之处和不足之处;第二部分是相关概念及理论基础。从概念界定入手,介绍了出口产品质量与融资约束的概念,然后回顾相关理论,介绍了 OFDI与出口产品质量的相关理论,并分析其影响机制,为本文研究做重要铺垫;第三部分是现状分析。主要对中国OFDI的现状、出口产品质量的现状进行总结和分析。具体从中国OFDI的投资规模、投资行业以及投资领域方面论述了中国OFDI的发展现状,然后从对外贸易规模、本文测算的出口产品质量结果论述了中国企业出口产品质量现状;第四部分是实证研究。首先用中国海关进出口数据库测算出口产品质量,然后与中国工业企业数据库匹配,获得中国企业出口产品质量,再与《境外投资企业(机构)名录》进行匹配,以便区分企业是否进行了 OFDI,然后通过实证检验的方法分析OFDI对出口产品质量的影响,并且对实证结果进行稳健性检验和内生性处理,最后将调节变量融资约束引入到回归模型中以检验融资约束的调节效应;第五部分是结论与政策建议。结合中国的实际情况和实证结果得出全文结论,并且针对每条结论提出政策性建议。本文的创新点主要体现在:第一是研究视角创新,对于出口产品质量研究的相关文献更多的专注于宏观的国家层面,对于微观企业方面较少。本文匹配了工业企业数据库、海关进出口数据库以及境外投资企业名录三大微观数据库,从微观角度研究OFDI对出口产品质量的影响;第二是本文进行了拓展研究,把融资约束加入到OFDI与出口产品质量升级的研究中来,检验融资约束在OFDI对出口产品质量的影响中的调节效应,进一步丰富了研究视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,along with the economic development,China’s export trade has achieved rapid growth,becoming the world’s largest export trading country.However,the scale of export trade has expanded,but the technical content and quality of export products are still at the low end,which is not conducive to China’s transformation from a trading power to a trading power.With the growth of China’s export trade,the scale of foreign direct investment(OFDI)has also been rapidly developed.The rapid growth of its scale is a typical feature in the process of China’s economic internationalization,changing the long-standing single mode of Chinese enterprises participating in international economic cooperation through export.But is the home country effect of OFDI positive or negative,especially on the technical content and quality of the home country’s export products?Conclusions from different perspectives are different.Based on this,this paper intends to deeply explore the impact of China’s OFDI on the quality of export products through existing literature and data.This paper explores the impact of OFDI on the quality of export products through the combination of theory and demonstration.The main content of this paper includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,and combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature research,including the research on OFDI affecting the home country,OFDI affecting the quality of export products and other factors affecting the quality of export products.On the basis of the existing research,the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are put forward.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Starting from the concept definition,this paper introduces the concepts of export product quality and financing constraint,and then reviews the relevant theories,introduces the relevant theories of OFDI and export product quality,and analyzes the influencing mechanism,which lays an important foundation for the research of this paper.The third part is the status quo analysis.This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the current situation of China’s OFDI and the quality of exported products.This paper discusses the development status of China’s OFDI in terms of investment scale,investment industry and investment field,and then discusses the quality status of Chinese enterprises’ export products from the perspective of foreign trade scale and export product quality results calculated in this paper.The fourth part is the empirical study.First use Chinese customs import and export database to calculate export product quality,and then the database matching with China’s industrial enterprises,for Chinese enterprises to export the product quality,with the list of foreign investment enterprises(institutions)matching,in order to distinguish whether the enterprise OFDI,and then through the empirical analysis method of OFDI impact on the quality of export products,Moreover,the empirical results were tested for robustness and endogeneity.Finally,the moderating variable financing constraint was introduced into the regression model to test the moderating effect of financing constraint.The fifth part is the conclusion and policy suggestion.Combined with China’s actual situation and empirical results,the thesis draws conclusions,and puts forward policy suggestions for each conclusion.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,the innovation of research perspective.The related literature on the quality of export products focuses more on the macro national level,and less on the micro enterprise.This paper matched three micro databases,namely industrial enterprise database,Customs import and export database and overseas investment enterprise directory,to study the impact of OFDI on the quality of export products from the micro perspective.Second,this paper expands the research by adding financing constraints into the study of OFDI and export product quality upgrading,and tests the moderating effect of financing constraints in the impact of OFDI on export product quality,which further enriches the research perspective.更多还原
