【摘要】 2020年全球受新冠疫情的影响,医疗耗材行业需求量倍增。公司为争取更多的订单面临的不仅仅是价格之战,同时也考验公司的供货能力。库存管理是影响供应链管理的重要因素之一,是企业运营管理的重要组成部分。但是如果企业不采用与时俱进的库存管理方式将导致工作效率难以提升、库存严重积压、库存成本持续偏高,公司的资金链不能够良性循环。所以,加强公司库存管理的能力,控制库存成本在合理范围内,不仅可以提高客户的满意度,也能使公司的竞争力在同行业中更有优势,最终实现公司利益的最大化。本论文的研究对象是改善K公司物料的库存管理,在公司目前的库存现状的基础上,分析有关库存管理方面的问题,体现在以下三个主要方面:(1)仓库管理混乱;(2)库存成本高;(3)库存服务水平不高等;再深度剖析这些问题产生的原因,包含以下四个主要方面:(1)仓库管理不完善;(2)需求预测准确度不高;(3)安全库存设定不合理;(4)采购策略单一。经过国内外文献理论的学习和对实际问题的分析提出了有针对性的库存管理改善措施的方法,体现以下五个方面:(1)仓库管理的优化;(2)提高需求预测;(3)安全库存的确定和计算经济订货;(4)采购策略和供应商的优化;(5)完善SAP系统的功能使用,以上改善方案使K公司库存管理得到优化,合理控制库存成本,提高公司效益。同时在改善过程中提出实施的保障措施和改善后的效果评估。最后总结论文,指出本论文中认为的不足之处,强调优化库存管理的必要性和重要性,同时也希望本文的改善措施能给同行业提供一些有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2020,the global demand for medical consumables products increased a lot due to the impact of COVID-19.In order to get more orders,the company not only have competitive price,but also the strong capacity of supply.Inventory management is one of the important factors which will affect supply chain management.However,if the enterprise cannot use high level of inventory management which will lead that it’s difficult to improve the work efficiency,high quantity of inventory,high inventory cost,and the company’s fund chain cannot get a virtuous cycle.Therefore,high level of inventory management and the inventory cost within a reasonable range can not only improve customer satisfaction,but also improve the company’s competitiveness in the industry,and ultimately achieve the maximization of the company’s interests.In this study which the research object is the inventory management of K company’s materials.Firstly,it summarized the current situation of the company’s inventory management and analyzed the problems based on current inventory management level including three points which are chaotic warehouse management,high inventory cost and low inventory service level;Secondly,these problems are deeply analyzed to find out the causes of these problems,there are following four points:(1)the warehouse management system and process is not well;(2)the accuracy of demand prediction is not high;(3)the safety stock setting is unreasonable;(4)Single procurement strategy.Through the study of domestic and foreign literature theory and the analysis of practical problems put forward targeted inventory management improvement measures,reflecting the following five aspects:(1)optimization of warehouse management process;(2)Improve demand forecasting;(3)Determination of safety stock and calculation of economic orders;(4)Optimization of procurement strategy and suppliers;(5)Improve the function use of SAP system.The above improvement plan optimizes K Company’s inventory management,reduces inventory costs and improves company benefits.At the same time in the process of improvement put forward the implementation of the safeguard measures and the effect evaluation after improvement.After the summary of the paper,it points out the shortcomings and emphasizes the necessity and importance of optimizing inventory management,meanwhile hopes that the improvement measures in this paper can provide some valuable information to the industry.更多还原
