融入智能代理的车载交互设计研究:代理的拟人化和实体性对驾驶体验的影响研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国汽车产业蓬勃发展。技术的升级带来了汽车座舱的创新升级,汽车座舱呈现出了更好的智能性。随着智能座舱内智能化设备的覆盖与车机系统的技术升级,车载智能代理成为一种全新的交互界面连接着用户与车辆。很多车企做出了融入智能代理的尝试,例如蔚来汽车的“理想同学”,小鹏汽车的“小P”等。然而当前车载智能代理的应用对用户体验的影响仍缺乏研究。本研究立足于车载智能代理的形式问题,围绕车载智能代理的拟人化与实体性对用户的交互体验的影响而进行探索。当前关于车载智能代理的研究中,虽然过往研究肯定了智能代理拟人化的优势,但关于车载智能代理的拟人化与实体性如何影响用户态度的机制仍不清晰。因此车载场景中智能代理的拟人化和实体性对驾驶体验的影响成为了本研究的主题。本研究在以往研究的基础上,提出了拟人化程度和实体性对用户信态度的交互影响的假设,并提出控制感作为中介变量。为了验证这一假设,本研究设计了2×2的组间对比实验,并利用绿野仙踪法构建了融入智能代理的车载人机交互系统。通过收集数据(N=116),实验数据分析结果说明:智能代理的拟人化可以在调节变量实体性的影响下,通过控制感这一中介变量,进而影响着用户的态度。在这一研究发现的基础上,本文围绕汽车座舱控制感的进一步剖析,通过焦点小组等研究方法,生成了相应的设计策略,并将其应用于汽车智能座舱交互的设计实践中。最终依据设计策略完成了智能代理的交互系统设计。本研究针对代理拟人化和实体性的探究,丰富了当前车载智能代理形式对用户交互影响的相关研究。同时能够助力汽车产业对于车载代理的设计尝试。未来的车载代理设计可以在此基础上探索不同形式的智能代理,为用户创造更好的体验。

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly.The development of technology facilitates the upgrade of interaction between users and automobiles.Users’ interaction with automobiles becomes increasingly intelligent.Intelligent agents become important mediated interfaces between users and vehicles.Many automobile companies have made attempts to integrate intelligent agents,such as the agent named NIO developed by Li Xiang Automobile and Xiao P developed by Xiao Peng Automobile.Although intelligent agents have received practical attentions,how the integration of intelligent agents influence user experience remains unknown.Based on the form of in-vehicle agents,this study explores the influence of anthropomorphism and physicality of in-vehicle agents on user experience.Current research demonstrates the influence of anthropomorphism on user experience and the influence of physicality on user experience in the contexts of human-robot interaction.But limited studies considered the interaction effects of anthropomorphism and physicality.More importantly,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.Based on current literature,this study proposes that interaction between anthropomorphism and physicality makes influences on user experience.This study further proposes the mediating role of perceived control.To test these hypotheses,a 2by 2 between-subject experiment was designed and conducted.Through the Wizard of Oz method,116 participants were collected.The experiment results show that anthropomorphism and physicality make interaction effects on users’ trusts and attitudes.Perceived control serves as a mediator for this interaction effect.To translate this research findings into design strategy,a creative session was conducted.The design strategy was further used in the design for optimal control in automobile.A design concept of dynamic control was created.This study enriches current literature on intelligent agents in vehicles through investigating the influence of anthropomorphism and physicality on user experiences.This study also provides practical implications for development of in-vehicle agents.
