【摘要】 当前,中国经济已转向高质量发展阶段,各类新的信息化技术不断出现,比如物联网技术、边缘计算技术、大数据技术、智能识别技术、工业互联网技术和移动互联网技术等都在各个领域得到了广泛应用和迅速发展。处在信息化产业高速发展的大环境下,中国政务信息化市场和智能制造市场在国家与地方政策支撑下得到了飞速发展,特别是近年来在党和国家层面都在强调数字化转型,在十九大报告和“十四五规划”中也强调了信息化的重要作用。信息化行业前景广阔,四川ZB公司是一家集计算机软硬件技术开发、信息技术咨询服务和系统集成的小型公司,客户主要是政府和企事业单位。公司虽然现在处于创业初期,但是综观当前所处的内、外部环境,对于四川ZB公司来说,应当抓住中国制造的发展机遇和政策利好,通过系统集成的方式将公司生产的智能控制设备迅速拓展到相近行业中,并继续深化在分析、控制和预警干预方面的应用,谋求公司的进一步发展。本文研究过程中采用了多种科学的分析方法,在对外部环境分析时用了PEST方法、对内部环境分析时用了IFE/EFE矩阵分析方法,另外使用了SWOT分析方法来配置备选战略,并进一步使用IE矩阵和QSPM矩阵来确定具体的战略。最后根据选择出来的战略制定战略规划和目标,并规划出切实可行的战略实施保障路线。本文的研究为四川ZB公司的发展点亮了明灯,制定了战略。为了保障战略的顺利实施,四川ZB公司已经在组织架构、思想文化建设、人力资源保障和经营策略优化方面做出行动,保证战略的顺序实施。本文的研究也可对初创小微公司(或团队)制定发展战略方法提供一些借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economy development is changing from high-speed to high-quality at present.New technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,Internet,intelligent identification and mobile Internet have been widely used and developed in various fields.China’s information industry has always been in a time of raging developing.Under the rapid developing environment of information industry,China’s government information market and intelligent manufacturing market have developed rapidly with the support of national and local policies.Especially in recent years,digital transformation has been emphasized by the Party on the national level,and the role of information has also been emphasized in the report of the 19 th National Congress and the "14th Five-year Plan".The information industry has broad prospects.Sichuan ZB company is a small company integrating computer software and hardware technology development,information technology consulting services and system integration.Its customers are mainly governments,enterprises and institutions.Although the company is in the early stage of entrepreneurship,looking at the current internal and external environment,Sichuan ZB company should seize the development opportunities and favorable policies of made in China,to quickly expand the intelligent control equipment produced by the company to similar industries through system integration,and continue to deepen the application in analysis,control and early warning intervention,The products will seek the further development and transition of the company.In this study,The research of this paper adopts a variety of scientific analysis methods.PEST method is used in the analysis of external environment,IFE / EFE matrix analysis method is used in the analysis of internal environment,SWOT analysis method is used to configure alternative strategies,and IE matrix and QSPM matrix are further used to determine specific strategies.Finally,formulating the overall business objectives of the enterprise and a more practical strategic route of Sichuan ZB company.The research of this paper points out the direction for the development of Sichuan ZB company.When the writing of this paper was about to be completed,Sichuan ZB company has already taken actions in organizational structure,cultural construction,human resources guarantee and business strategy optimization to ensure the sequential implementation of the strategy.This paper also provides some reference for the better development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial IT enterprises in the same growth period.更多还原
