【摘要】 随着城镇化的快速推进,中国乡村地区人口流失、经济衰败等乡村收缩现象不断显现,同时也对历史文化村镇保护形成严峻挑战。重庆地区历史文化村镇因其复杂多样的山地环境及多元融合的地域文化是我国历史文化村镇体系的重要构成,具有丰富价值内涵。然而,重庆地区总体经济发展水平不高,乡村收缩使得历史文化村镇的价值正面临存亡危机。基于以上背景,本文选取宁厂镇、郁山镇和玉峰村为研究对象,尝试探讨乡村收缩与历史文化村镇价值减损间的关联性,并结合关联性分析提出针对不同收缩类型的历史文化村镇提出适应性保护策略,为乡村收缩背景下历史文化村镇保护提供基础支撑。首先,本研究选取重庆地区8个典型历史文化村镇为调研对象,通过实地调研、村镇基础资料整理分析,对重庆地区历史文化村镇总体收缩态势和价值减损特征进行归纳总结。其中,以宁厂镇、郁山镇和玉峰村为研究对象,分别建立历史名镇(传统村落)收缩水平量化评价体系和历史文化村镇价值减损量化评价体系,使用熵权—综合指数法对2010—2020年(2015—2020年)间两镇一村的收缩水平和价值减损情况进行量化分析,探讨研究对象的村镇收缩变化趋势和价值减损演变规律。研究显示,两镇一村近年来处于持续性收缩状态之中,历史文化村镇价值呈现出逐年减损的趋势,且历史价值与艺术价值的减损最为严重。其次,运用典型相关性分析验证乡村收缩与历史文化村镇价值减损之间存在复杂非线性的相互关系,进一步使用灰色关联分析研究乡村收缩在人口、经济、空间、自然生态和人居环境层面的收缩效应与历史文化村镇价值减损间的关联程度,并针对关联度结果进行解读。在关联程度分析的基础上,构建“乡村收缩—历史文化村镇价值减损综合分析框架”,试图研究乡村收缩与历史文化村镇减损的关联机制。结果表明,人口收缩对历史文化村镇综合价值减损产生最直接、根本的正向促进作用;经济收缩对村镇综合价值减损起关键作用;空间收缩与历史艺术价值、科学价值减损密切关联;自然生态退化和人居环境收缩分别与科学价值、使用价值减损关联显著。最后,为应对乡村收缩带来的全方位保护挑战,本研究以历史文化村镇价值稳定或提升为导向,提出基于关联性分析的适应性保护策略,并针对不同收缩类型的历史文化村镇进行保护策略的分类引导,对重庆地区面临乡村收缩影响的历史文化村镇保护与发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid advancement of urbanization,rural shrinkage phenomena such as population loss and economic decline are constantly emerging in China’s rural areas,which also pose severe challenges to the protection of historic and cultural villages and towns.Because of its complex and diverse mountain environment and diversified regional culture,the historical and cultural towns in Chongqing are important components of the system of historical and cultural towns in China,and have rich value connotation.However,due to the low level of overall economic development in Chongqing,the shrinking of rural areas makes the value of historical and cultural towns and villages face a crisis of survival.Based on the above background,this article selects ning factory town,yu hills and jade feng village as the research object,try to explore rural contraction between loss value and historical and cultural towns and villages,and combining with correlation analysis is put forward according to different contract types of historical and cultural towns and villages adaptive protection strategy is put forward,to rural contraction under the background of historical and cultural towns and villages to provide basic protection.First of all,this study selected 8 typical historical and cultural villages and towns in Chongqing as the research scope,and summarized the overall shrinking trend and value loss characteristics of historical and cultural villages and towns in Chongqing through field investigation and analysis of basic data of villages and towns.Among them,in order to better factory town,yu hills and jade feng village as the research object,respectively established history famous town(village)level of quantitative evaluation system of shrinking and the value of historical and cultural towns and villages detract from quantitative evaluation system,comprehensive index method using entropy weight-to 2010-2020(2015-2020)between the two town village is quantitative analysis level of shrinking and the value of the loss,To explore the changing trend of village shrinkage and the evolution of value loss.The research shows that the two towns and one village are in a state of continuous contraction in recent years,and the value of historical and cultural towns and villages shows a trend of declining year by year,and the decline of historical value and artistic value is the most serious.Secondly,using the typical correlation analysis to verify the country the contraction and the historical and cultural towns and villages complex nonlinear relationship between the loss of value,and further using grey correlation analysis rural contraction in the population,economy,space and natural ecology and human settlement environment level of shrinkage effect and correlation degree between the historical and cultural towns and villages value loss,and the correlation.On the basis of the correlation degree analysis,a comprehensive analysis framework of rural contractvalue impairment of historic and cultural towns and villages was constructed to study the correlation mechanism between rural contraction and the value impairment of historic and cultural towns and villages.The results show that population contraction has the most direct and fundamental positive promoting effect on the comprehensive value loss of historic villages and towns.Economic contraction plays a key role in reducing the comprehensive value of villages and towns.Spatial contraction is closely related to the decline of historical and artistic values and scientific values.The shrinkage of natural ecology and human settlements is significantly correlated with the decrease of scientific value and use value respectively.Finally,to cope with the challenge of rural contraction of all-round protection,this study historical and cultural towns and villages value stability or promotion oriented,adaptive protection strategy based on correlation analysis is put forward,and according to different contract types of historical and cultural towns and villages protection strategy of classified guidance,in chongqing region in the face of rural contraction effect of historical and cultural town protection development to provide the reference.更多还原
