工业园区能源管理系统建模及能效分析

【摘要】 工业园区是社会生产与能源消耗的主体。各类工业园区的能源消耗占比中钢铁工业园区的能耗最大,为此,研究钢铁工业园区的节能减排工作对整个工业乃至整个社会具有重要的意义。本文以本溪北营钢铁集团作为研究对象进行能源管理的系统建模以及能效的相关分析,本文的主要研究工作包括:(1)根据本溪北营钢铁集团的工业园区结构,基于物质流及能量流模型分析方法,分层次建立了园区-系统-设备三个层次的物质流模型以及能量流模型。通过所建立的物质流和能量流模型以典型设备高炉系统分析得到了影响物质流和能量流的相关因素。(2)引入了物质流与能量流协同度的概念,分析了物质流与能量流的协同度对吨钢能耗的影响。协同度主要从钢铁生产的吨钢能耗、放散能耗和其他能耗三个方面。利用本溪北营钢铁集团的生产数据进行实例分析,计算得到了本溪北营钢铁集团的吨钢综合能源流向图。(3)建立了本溪北营钢铁集团工业园区的统一能耗模型,根据能源的种类列出了统一能耗模型的矩阵形式。利用本溪北营钢铁集团的相关能耗数据进行模型的验证。根据所建立的统一模型对本溪北营钢铁集团生产系统的相关数据进行优化分析。对比提出的四种优化方案,得出了降低能耗最佳的途径取决于园区内部的能源自产自销平衡。(4)基于本溪北营钢铁集团的工业园区建立了一套园区-系统-设备三个层面的评价体系。并将选取能耗作为评价指标。其中一级指标为综合指标,有一个。二级指标为各能源系统的区域性指标,有六个。三级指标为各能源设备的单体指标,有二十六个。能耗计算采用新的计算方法,利用本溪北营钢铁集团相关的生产数据计算相应的能耗指标。通过分析本溪北营钢铁集团生产技术改进前后的能耗对比,做出相应的评价。
【Abstract】 Industrial parks are the main body of social production and energy consumption.The energy consumption of all kinds of industr i al parks accounts for the largest proportion of energy consumption in iron and steel industrial parks.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the energy conservation and emission reduction work in iron and steel industrial parks for the whole industry and even the whole society.In this paper,Benxi Beiying Iron and Steel Group is taken as the research object to carry out system modeling of energy management and related analysis of energy efficiency.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)According to the structure of Benxi Steel Industrial Park,based on the analysis method of material flow and energy flow model,the material flow model and energy flow model of three levels of park-system-equipment are established at different levels.Through the established material flow and energy flow model,the relevant factors affecting material flow and energy flow are obtained by analyzing the typical equipment blast furnace system.(2)The concept of synergy degree of material flow and energy flow is introduced,and the influence of synergy degree of material flow and energy flow on energy consumption per ton of steel is analyzed.The synergy degree mainly includes three aspects:energy consumption per ton of steel,dissipated energy consumption and other energy consumption in steel production.Based on the production data of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the comprehensive energy flow diagram per ton of steel of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Is calculated and obtained.(3)The unified energy consumption model of Benxi Steel Industrial Park is established,and the matrix form of the unified energy consumption model is listed according to the types of energy.The model is verified by using the relevant energy consumption data of Benxi Steel.According to the established unified model,the relevant data of Benxi Steel’s production system are optimized and analyzed.Comparing the four proposed optimization schemes,it is concluded that the best way to reduce energy consumption depends on the balance of energy production and self-marketing within the park.(4)Based on the industrial park of Benxi Steel Group,a set of evaluation system at three levels of park-system-equipment is established.Energy consumption will be selected as the evaluation index.Among them,the first-level index is a comprehensive index,with one.The secondary indicators are regional indicators of various energy systems,with six.The third-level index is the single index of each energy equipment,with 26.The energy consumption calculation adopts a new calculation method,and uses the relevant production data of Benxi Steel to calculate the corresponding energy consumption index.By analyzing the comparison of energy consumption before and after the improvement of Benxi Steel’s production technology,the corresponding evaluation is made.
