小组工作提升城市流动儿童同辈交往能力的探究

【摘要】 流动儿童是我国社会转型时期出现的一个特殊群体,其相关问题已引起了社会的广泛关注,其同辈交往能力逐渐成为探究其城市适应能力与融入程度的重要因素。本文以北京市L社区流动儿童为研究对象,通过社区探访收集资料,初步了解该社区流动儿童同伴关系问题的基本情况。结合自愿原则最终选择10名流动儿童作为小组成员,运用深度访谈和参与观察研究方法,发现流动儿童的交往动机低下、自我评价较低、交往行为偏差等问题是其同辈交往中最突出的问题。为了改善L社区流动儿童同辈交往状况,本研究开展了“不遇不相识”小组活动,小组性质为成长小组。首先,根据社区探访、观察和流动儿童的意愿选取服务对象,采用深入访谈的方式收集其同辈交往状况。其次,基于社会学习理论和生态系统理论,一是针对成员的自我认同需要,设计开展了“我的社交圈”、“独一无二的你”小组活动,帮助组员客观认识自己,提升自我认同感。二是为满足其提升同辈交往动机的需求,开展了“社交小能人”主题活动,帮助组员提高主动交往意愿。三是为纠正其交往行为偏差,开展“没你不行”、“携手同行”小组活动,加强小组成员的集体意识和团队精神,并纠正他们的同辈交往中存在的行为偏差。在社工专业介入后,以过程评估与结果评估为指标,对小组活动效能进行评价。通过分析总结得出以下研究结论:基于社会学习理论和生态系统理论的分析视角,可以更加明确地解释同辈交往的互动变化,并对其进行有效的社工干预;小组工作对于改善流动儿童同辈交往能力起到了明显作用,对不同群体也具有一定的意义;游戏式的小组活动与流动儿童的关系密切,有利于其同辈交往能力的提高和自我发展。除此之外,本文对小组工作评估进行总结反思,认为活动方案的制定及社工对现场秩序的把控、活动分享环节的设置等方面仍有一些待完善的地方,为更好的解决流动儿童同辈交往问题从微观、中观、宏观的视角提出了改善流动儿童的自我认知、加强对儿童的社会交往教育、促进社会接纳与包容的建议。

【Abstract】 Migrant children are a special group that emerged during the period of social transformation in Our country,and their related issues have attracted widespread attention from society,and their peer communication ability has gradually become an exploration of their urban adaptability and integration Important factors.In this paper,we take the migrant children in the L community of Beijing as the research object,collect data through community visits,and have a preliminary understanding of the community The basic situation of the peer relationship problem of migrant children;combined with the principle of voluntariness,10 migrant children were finally selected as team members,and the motivation of migrant children to interact was discovered using in-depth interviews and participatory observational research methods Problems such as low selfevaluation,low self-evaluation,and deviations in communication behavior are the most prominent problems in their peer interactions.In order to improve the inter-peer interaction of migrant children in the L community,this study carried out the "No Encounter No Acquaintance" group activity,which is a growth group.First,the clients are selected according to the wishes of community visits,observations and migrant children,and in-depth interviews are used to collect their peer interactions.Secondly,based on social learning theory and ecological theory,the first is to design and carry out the "My Social Circle" and "Unique You" group activities in response to the self-identification needs of members To help team members understand themselves objectively and enhance their sense of selfidentity.Second,in order to meet the needs of their peers to enhance their motivation for communication,the theme activity of "social small talents" was carried out to help team members improve their willingness to actively communicate.The third is to correct the deviation of their communication behavior,carry out "no you can’t do" and "hand in hand" group activities,strengthen the collective consciousness and team spirit of group members,and correct the existence of their peers Behavioral bias.After the professional intervention of social workers,the effectiveness of group activities was evaluated by using process evaluation and result evaluation as indicators.Based on the analytical perspective of social learning theory and ecosystem theory,the interaction changes in peer interaction can be more clearly explained and effective social worker interventions can be concluded Group work has played a clear role in improving the communication skills of migrant children’s peers,and has certain significance for different groups;play-style groups The activities are closely related to migrant children,which is conducive to the improvement of their peers’ communication skills and selfdevelopment.In addition,this paper summarizes and reflects on the evaluation of the group’s work,and believes that the formulation of the activity plan,the control of the social worker’s on-site order,and the setting of the activity sharing link are all aspects There are still some places to be improved,in order to better solve the problem of migrant children’s peer interaction from the micro,meso and macro perspectives,suggestions are put forward to improve the self-awareness of migrant children,strengthen the education of children’s social interaction,and promote social acceptance and tolerance.
