【摘要】 在日新月异、万物互联的科技时代,企业难以依托传统的创新理念保持竞争优势,创新网络为企业解决技术难题、突破知识瓶颈提供了多样化的外部知识获取渠道。然而,对于创新网络中的核心企业而言,并非所有的创新网络都能够促进高质量知识转移绩效的实现,尤其是当创新网络中存在资源冗余、管理成本过高以及由于信任危机导致知识传递受阻等问题时,极易引致创新网络的低效内卷等现象。因此,创新网络特征与知识转移绩效作为管理学热点话题备受学界关注,探究创新网络特征对知识转移绩效的影响机制对企业在实践中高效利用创新网络具备指导意义。通过梳理相关研究,本文发现在涌现大量定性与定量研究结论的同时,创新网络特征对知识转移绩效的作用关系尚未形成一致结论。一方面创新网络结构、关系和内容层面的特征存在着相互依赖,并不独立影响知识转移绩效;另一方面现存研究较少地系统性关注不同创新网络特征的组合效应。鉴于此,本文基于组态理论,从创新网络的结构、关系与内容层面,选取了创新网络中心性、网络规模、网络强度、稳定性、组织异质性和知识质量等6个特征变量,构建了“特征-组态-绩效”研究框架,提出了研究假设,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fs QCA)对案例进行分析,深入探究了创新网络特征对知识转移绩效的影响机制。得出如下结论:(1)单一创新网络特征变量并非是引起知识转移绩效的必要条件;(2)识别出5种能够实现高质量知识转移绩效的创新网络特征组态,3种引发低质量知识转移绩效的创新网络特征组态;(3)创新网络特征与知识转移绩效之间存在“多重并发性”、“殊途同归性”和“非对称性”,且部分特征之间存在相互补充性和相互替代性。上述结论,在理论上进一步解释了创新网络与知识转移绩效之间复杂的因果关系,回应了现存研究结果的争议问题;在实践上为企业科学合理地耦合创新网络特征,进而提升知识转移绩效提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,everything is interconnected.Scientific and technological innovation is changing with each passing day,which makes it difficult for enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage based on traditional development ideas.Building an open and stable innovation network has become an important way for enterprises to maintain innovation vitality.However,for the core enterprises in the innovation network,not all innovation networks can promote the realization of high-quality knowledge transfer performance,especially when there are problems in the innovation network,such as resource redundancy,high management cost and blocked knowledge transfer due to the trust crisis,it is easy to lead to the low efficiency of the innovation network.Therefore,as a hot topic of management,innovation network characteristics and knowledge transfer performance have attracted much academic attention.Exploring the impact mechanism of innovation network characteristics on knowledge transfer performance has guiding significance for enterprises to make efficient use of innovation network in practice.Through combing the relevant research,this paper finds that while a large number of qualitative and quantitative research conclusions have emerged,the role of innovation network characteristics on knowledge transfer performance has not yet formed a consistent conclusion.On the one hand,the characteristics of innovation network structure,relationship and content are interdependent and do not independently affect the knowledge transfer performance;On the other hand,the existing studies pay less systematic attention to the combination effect of different innovation network characteristics.Based on this,based on the configuration theory,from the structure,relationship and content of innovation network,this paper selects six characteristic variables such as innovation network centrality,network scale,network strength,stability,organizational heterogeneity and knowledge quality,constructs the research framework of "feature configuration performance",puts forward the research hypothesis,and uses the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsqca)to analyze the case,The influence mechanism of innovation network characteristics on knowledge transfer performance is deeply explored.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)A single innovation network characteristic variable is not a necessary condition for knowledge transfer performance;(2)Five innovative network feature configurations that can achieve high-quality knowledge transfer performance and three innovative network feature configurations that lead to low-quality knowledge transfer performance are identified;(3)There are "multiple concurrency","common goals" and "asymmetry" between the characteristics of innovation network and the performance of knowledge transfer,and some characteristics are complementary and alternative to each other.The above conclusions further explain the complex causal relationship between innovation network and knowledge transfer performance in theory,and respond to the inconsistency of existing research results;In practice,it provides a reference basis for enterprises to scientifically and reasonably couple the characteristics of innovation network,and then improve the performance of knowledge transfer.更多还原
