轨道客流特征导向下西安市站点周边建成环境优化研究

【摘要】 近年来,伴随快速城镇化浪潮,我国大中城市普遍面临着城市扩张和机动化发展双重挑战。为实现城市可持续发展,很多学者支持并倡导采取以公共交通为导向的城市土地开发模式(TOD)。因国内TOD发展相对较晚,在本土实际项目实践中,多是借鉴国外城市发展经验。为实现TOD本土化应用,在微观层面,相关学者介绍了TOD模式的评价方法和规划模型。本文在此研究成果的基础上,旨在分析轨道交通客流特征与建成环境之间的耦合关系,以期为西安市城市TOD发展提供参考。首先,本论文对近年来城市机动化发展带来的挑战进行了分析,引出TOD发展模式是应对城市快速发展、机动化以及一系列城市问题的有效途径。随之更为细致的介绍了TOD发展模式的基本概念、影响因素、发展模式、规划原则、开发特征和TOD研究方法,为下文分析提供理论技术支撑。除此之外,本文选取了亚洲、美洲、非洲三个地区的8个城市的TOD规划实践案例,着重介绍了TOD导向下其各自不同的土地开发模式,并分析其TOD发展过程、现状、特征,梳理总结成功经验。其次,本文以手机信令数据和AFC地铁刷卡数据构建了西安市轨道交通出行特征指标体系,利用街景数据分析街道环境的慢行友好性特征,利用POI数据分析土地利用特征,并将街道慢行友好性特征和土地利用特征综合分析、筛选出可以有效表征建成环境的影响因素。最后定量分析西安市轨道交通客流特征和建成环境之间的非线性关系。最后,本文以北大街站点为实例,使用上述指标体系和模型,结合TOD发展理念,分析北大街站点周边建成环境和轨道交通发展的耦合关系。进而在现状分析基础上,建立优化模型,运用遗传算法求解多目标优化模型,得出非劣解,根据模型优化结果得出站点周边建成环境优化策略。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid urbanization wave,large and medium-sized cities in China are generally facing the dual challenges of urban expansion and motorization.To achieve sustainable urban development,many scholars support and advocate the adoption of a public transport-oriented urban land development model(TOD).Because the development of domestic TOD is relatively late,in the practice of local actual projects,it is mostly to learn from the experience of foreign urban development.In order to realize the local application of TOD,at the micro level,relevant scholars introduced the evaluation method and planning model of the TOD model.Based on the research results,this paper aims to analyze the coupling relationship between the characteristics of rail transit passenger flow and the built environment,so as to provide reference for the development of TOD in Xi’an city.First of all,this paper analyzes the challenges brought by urban motorization development in recent years,and points out that TOD development model is an effective way to deal with the rapid development of urban motorization and a series of urban problems.Subsequently,the basic concepts,influencing factors,development models,planning principles,development characteristics,and TOD research methods of the TOD development model were introduced in more detail,providing theoretical and technical support for the following analysis.In addition,this article selects the TOD planning practice cases of 8 cities in three regions of Asia,America,and Africa,emphatically introduces their different land development modes under the guidance of TOD,analyzes its TOD development process,current status,and characteristics,and summarizes and summarizes successful experiences.Secondly,based on the mobile phone signaling data and AFC subway card data,this paper constructs the travel characteristics index system of Xi’an rail transit,analyzes the slow traffic friendly characteristics of the street environment with street view data,analyzes the land use characteristics using POI data,and comprehensively analyzes and selects the influencing factors that can effectively characterize the built environment.Finally,the nonlinear relationship between the passenger flow characteristics of Xi’an rail transit and the built environment is analyzed quantitatively.Finally,taking Beidajie station as an example,this paper analyzes the nonlinearity relationship between the built environment around the station and the development of rail transit by using the above index system and model,combined with Tod development concept.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the status quo,the optimization model of the built environment around the site is established.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model,and the non inferior solution is obtained.
