中职男幼师分班培养案例研究

A Case Study on the Class-dividing Fostering for Secondary Vocational Male Preschool Teachers

【摘要】 学前教育是启蒙教育,对整个人生未来的发展都有着重大意义。随着适龄学前儿童数量的剧增,幼儿园老师出现急缺的现象,而在幼师队伍中男幼师更是凤毛麟角。幼儿缺少阳刚气、男孩女性化趋势、男孩危机等现象让大家意识到,补充大量优秀男幼师到学前教育教师队伍中的任务迫在眉睫,传统中职幼师培养中,男幼师流失率高、培养质量不高的问题严重。为了打破中职男幼师的培养困境,培养数量更多、质量更优的男幼师,Y校从2018年开始对中职男幼师试行分班培养。论文以Y校男幼师分班培养为研究案例,整理归纳Y校男幼师分班培养的形成与概况,通过面对面访谈调研Y校的30位男生班学生、20位男生班教师和10位管理层人员,就男幼师分班培养展开访谈,并对访谈结果进行总结归纳。通过访谈分析发现Y校男幼师分班培养取得一定成效:吸引了更多男生;男幼师管理更规范;教师教研更有针对性;男幼师学业成就有提升。同时也发现男幼师分班培养面临一些挑战:男女生正常交往受阻;课程设置欠缺合理性;教师因性施教落实不到位;男幼师专业保学率不高;男幼师职业能力整体欠佳。该研究认为,目前还没有充分的证据表明是否要对中职男幼师实行分班培养。如果继续探索分班教学,学校还需要进一步针对生源质量、课程设置、教育实践活动、合作办学、校园生活进行教育改革。与此同时,社会要大力营造认同男幼师的社会环境,适当给与男幼师政策倾斜,切实保障男幼师就业公平。

【Abstract】 Preschool education is enlightenment education and the beginning of everyone’s contact learning.It is of great significance to the future development of the whole life.Nowadays,with the sharp increase in the number of school-age preschool children,there is a shortage of preschool teachers,and male preschool teachers are rare in the team of preschool teachers.The phenomena of children’s lack of masculinity,the feminization trend of boys and the boy crisis make everyone realize that it is urgent to supplement a large number of excellent male preschool teachers to the team of preschool education teachers.The problem of high turnover rate and low fostering quality of male preschool teachers is serious in the traditional fostering for secondary vocational preschool teachers.In order to break the fostering dilemma of male preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools and cultivate more male preschool teachers with higher quantity and quality,Y school has tried out the class-dividing fostering for secondary vocational male preschool teachers since2018.Taking the class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers in Y school as a case study,this paper sorted out and summarized the formation and general situation of class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers in Y school.Through face-to-face interviews,30 students of boy class,20 teachers of boy class and 10 management personnel of Y school were investigated,the class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers was interviewed,and the interview results were summarized.Through the analysis,the study found some effectiveness in the class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers in Y school: More boys have been attracted;The management of male preschool teachers is more standardized;Teachers’ teaching and research are more targeted;The academic achievement of male preschool teachers has improved.At the same time,there are also some challenges in the class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers: The normal communication between boys and girls is hindered;The curriculum is unreasonable;The implementation of teaching based on gender is not enough;The professional retention rate of male preschool teachers is not high;The overall professional ability of male preschool teachers is poor.According to the study,there is no sufficient evidence to show whether to implement the class-dividing fostering for male preschool teachers.If we continue to explore class-dividing fostering,the school needs to further carry out the educational reform aimed at the quality of students,curriculum,educational practice,cooperative school running and campus life.At the same time,the society should vigorously create a social environment that recognizes male preschool teachers,give appropriate policy preference to male preschool teachers,and effectively ensure the employment equity of male preschool teachers.
