【摘要】 乡村振兴战略背景下,乡村成为最热门的旅游目的地之一。乡村旅游的蓬勃发展不仅为乡村振兴注入新的市场活力,也创造了大量的乡村就业岗位。我国大部分乡村旅游的发展与建设依靠外来投资的力量,由于资本的逐利性,直接、粗暴地把乡村旅游异化成为资本增值的工具,破坏性建设、掠夺性开发乡村旅游以获取利益最大化。同时,社区村民与外来投资者的理念目标与利益分配的矛盾重重,居民被排除在发展主体和利益主体之外。乡村旅游发展中社区居民的缺位,导致全国各地乡村旅游建设同质化、大众化,缺乏地方特色与创新活力。在这样的情况下,如何让社区居民更好地参与乡村旅游发展体系,发挥村民的主体性作用,激活乡村社区居民参与乡村旅游的内生动力,把收益更多地保留在村民手中?本文在大量的文献阅读研究和充分的案例实证研究的基础上,认为社区参与乡村旅游的发展方式能够很好地解决这些问题,处理好乡村旅游发展中经济、社会和环境的关系,实现乡村旅游良性发展。首先,本文选取龙岩市培斜村社区参与乡村旅游为研究案例,具体探索社区参与对乡村旅游业发展的作用。通过实地调研和入户访谈以获取培斜村乡村旅游发展第一手样本资料,充分了解培斜村乡村旅游中社区参与的实际情况,以及综合分析其社区参与对其乡村旅游业可持续发展的影响。社区参与对培斜村乡村旅游业的发展尤其是可持续发展起到了重要作用,不仅因其能最大程度地调动社区居民主动性与积极性,而且能使社区居民得到最多的受益与成长。在社区参与理论的指导下,培斜村社区居民能够自主地通过各种形式和途径,有效参与旅游发展过程中的各项事务,与各利益主体进行共赢的交流与合作,形成推动乡村旅游健康可持续发展的合力,实现培斜村全面可持续发展。其次,为了探索乡村旅游中社区参与的运行机制,本文进一步探讨了培斜村社区参对旅游业发展效度的影响因素。研究表明,培斜村在制度保障、操作保障和内生动力三个层面寻找到激发村民内生动力、提高社区参与能力以及保障社区参与机会的方法。最后,结合培斜村社区参与乡村旅游的经验和运行机制,本文从制度保障层、操作保障层和内生动力层三方面构建出较为完善的乡村旅游社区参与运行机制框架体系。这对我国乡村旅游发展和乡村旅游社区参与的建设具有一定的理论与现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the countryside has become one of the most popular tourist destinations.The vigorous development of rural tourism not only injects new market vitality into rural revitalization,but also creates a large number of rural jobs.Most of the development and construction of rural tourism in our country relies on the power of foreign investment.Due to the profit-seeking nature of capital,rural tourism is directly and rudely alienated into a tool for capital appreciation,destructive construction and predatory development of rural tourism to maximize benefits..At the same time,there are many contradictions between the ideological goals and interest distribution of community villagers and foreign investors,and residents are not the development subjects and stakeholders.The absence of community residents in the development of rural tourism has led to the homogenization and popularization of rural tourism construction across the country,and the lack of local characteristics and innovative vitality.Under such circumstances,how to allow community residents to better participate in the rural tourism development system,give play to the main role of villagers,activate the endogenous motivation of rural community residents to participate in rural tourism,and retain more benefits in the hands of villagers? On the basis of a large number of paper reading studies and sufficient case studies,this paper believes that the development mode of community participation in rural tourism can solve these problems well,deal with the relationship between economy,society and environment in the development of rural tourism,and realize the healthy development of rural tourism.Firstly,this paper selects the community participation in rural tourism in Peixie Village,Longyan City as a research case,and specifically explores the role of community participation in the development of rural tourism.Through field research and household interviews,we can obtain first-hand sample data on the development of rural tourism in Peixie Village,fully understand the actual situation of community participation in rural tourism in Peixie Village,and comprehensively analyze the impact of community participation on the sustainable development of rural tourism in Peixie Village.Influence.Research shows that community participation has played an important role in the development of rural tourism in Peixie Village,especially the sustainable development.Not only because it can mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of community residents to the greatest extent,but also enable community residents to get the most benefit and growth.Under the guidance of the theory of community participation,the community residents of Peixie Village can independently and effectively participate in various affairs in the process of tourism development through various forms and channels,conduct win-win exchanges and cooperation with various stakeholders,and form the promotion of rural tourism.The joint force of healthy and sustainable development will realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of Peixie Village.Secondly,in order to explore the operation mechanism of community participation in rural tourism,this paper further explores the influencing factors of community participation in Peixie Village on the validity of tourism development.The research shows that Peixie Village has found ways to stimulate the endogenous motivation of villagers,improve the ability of community participation and ensure opportunities for community participation in the three levels of institutional security,operational security and endogenous motivation.Finally,combined with the experience and operation mechanism of Peixie village community participation in rural tourism,this paper constructs a relatively complete framework system of rural tourism community participation operation mechanism from three aspects,they are institutional guarantee,operational guarantee and endogenous power.This has certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of rural tourism in our country and the construction of rural tourism community participation.更多还原
