【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入发展以及社会主义市场经济体制的确立,我国的经济活力大幅提升,以知识为主体的知识经济掀起了一番浪潮,知识由头脑中的概念形式转变为现实的生产要素形式,衍生出了知识资本化的实践,促进我国经济发展。大学是知识的殿堂,为了顺应社会快速发展的进程,大学在新时代有了新的内涵,以科学研究为主的研究型大学应运而生。知识资本化的实践是研究型大学进行科学研究的主要形式之一,研究型大学以知识资本化的实践为方式,通过知识的投入、创造、产出、再投入的良性循环来促进研究型大学和社会经济的发展。然而,研究型大学同时也受到了知识资本化实践的文化影响,大学的科研文化呈现出异化的态势,具体表现为片面性、浮燥性、功利性。异化的科研文化与大学本身“学术自由”、“自律自治”的人文文化产生了文化冲突。论文以马克思社会冲突思想为理论依据,认为研究型大学文化冲突的本质是蕴藏在异化的科研文化内部的西方意识形态与大学人文文化所内蕴的我国主流意识形态的冲突,是我国现代文化与传统文化之间的冲突。文化自觉是应对中西方文化冲突、新旧文化冲突,实现文化融合的有效途径。研究型大学要坚定马克思主义立场、坚持以人为本的方针、完善大学文化制度,在对中国优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化的系统认知、深刻反思基础上通向文化自觉,实现文化融合,促进我国文化更好的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further development of reform and opening up and the establishment of the socialist market economic system,China’ s economic vitality has greatly improved.Knowledge has changed from the conceptual form in the mind to the realistic form of production factors,which has derived the practice of knowledge capitalization and promoted China’ s economic development.The practice of knowledge capitalization is one of the main forms of scientific research in research universities.Research universities promote the development of research universities and social economy through the virtuous circle of knowledge input,creation,output and re-input in the way of knowledge capitalization practice.However,research universities are also influenced by the culture of knowledge capitalization practice.The research culture of universities presents a trend of alienation,which is manifested in one-sidedness,frivolity and utilitarianism.Alienated scientific research culture has a cultural conflict with the humanistic culture of " academic freedom " and " self-discipline and autonomy" of the university itself.Based on the Marxist theory of cultural conflict,this paper argues that the essence of cultural conflict in research universities is the conflict between the Western ideology contained in the alienated scientific research culture and the mainstream ideology in China contained in the humanistic culture of universities,and it is the conflict between modern culture and traditional culture in China.Cultural consciousness is an effective way to deal with cultural conflicts between China and the West,old and new cultural conflicts and realize cultural integration.Research universities should firmly adhere to the Marxist position,adhere to the people-oriented policy,and improve the university cultural system.On the basis of systematic cognition and profound reflection on China’s excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,they should lead to cultural consciousness,realize cultural integration,and promote the better development of Chinese culture.更多还原
