【摘要】 随着科技创新和商业模式的发展,轻资产运营模式以其独特的资源配置获得了现代企业的青睐。与传统重资产运营模式相比,其通过整合企业内外资源,细分产业链,增强竞争力,可持续性地提高企业价值,使得国内电商企业、服装制造企业、房地产企业等纷纷尝试向轻资产运营模式转型。对于水务企业而言,传统重资产运营模式已经无法适应当前行业发展的要求,而轻资产运营模式是否适配水务行业,还需要做进一步研究。本文采用案例研究法与比较研究法,选取北控水务作为研究对象,对其转型前运营模式及转型动因进行深入分析,对其转型路径、转型带来的效果以及在转型过程中仍存在的问题进行深入研究,并针对存在的问题提出了针对性的对策。通过研究发现:第一,在行业受到新模式冲击面临变革的背景下,企业同时面临着高资产负债率、低资产流动性等财务问题,以及对于庞大体量运营效率低下的管理问题。第二,企业通过战略布局走轻重并举道路开始转型,并积极创新融资方式助力转型,最终通过“双平台战略”加速转型,企业分为资产管理平台和运营管理平台,通过专业化分工更好地配合企业转型。第三,从盈利能力、营运能力、成长能力、偿债能力四个方面分析了转型带来的效果,通过对其财务指标分析发现:转型后资产收益率及投资回报率都有所上升,营运能力增强,资本周转效率提高,成长水平稳定,偿债能力提高。第四,在分析北控水务转型的过程中,发现其存在合作成本增加,投资风险加大,可用于融资抵押的固定资产减少等问题,针对这些问题,提出了严格筛选合作伙伴,并在合作的同时加强自身企业的发展,建立健全内控体制,加强风险防范,进一步拓宽融资渠道,充分利用企业现有资金的建议。希望本文能够对正处于转型期或尚未开展转型的企业提供一些积极借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of scientific and technological innovation and business model,asset light operation model has won the favor of modern enterprises with its unique resource allocation.Compared with the traditional asset heavy operation model,by integrating internal and external resources,subdividing the industrial chain,enhancing competitiveness and improving enterprise value sustainably,domestic e-commerce enterprises,garment manufacturing enterprises and real estate enterprises have tried to transform to asset light operation model.For water enterprises,the traditional heavy asset operation mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the current industry development,and whether the light asset operation model is suitable for the water industry needs to be further studied.This paper adopts the case study method and comparative research method,selects Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited as the research object,deeply analyzes its operation model and transformation motivation before transformation,deeply studies its transformation path,the effect of transformation and the problems still existing in the transformation process,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for the existing problems.Through the research,it is found that: first,under the background of the impact of the new model and the reform of the industry,enterprises are also faced with financial problems such as high asset liability ratio and low asset liquidity,as well as the management problem of low operation efficiency for a large volume.Second,the enterprise began its transformation by taking the path of both light and heavy through strategic layout,actively innovating financing methods to help the transformation,and finally accelerated the transformation through the "dual platform strategy".The enterprise is divided into asset management platform and operation management platform,which can better cooperate with the enterprise transformation through professional division of labor.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the effects of the transformation from four aspects:profitability,operating capacity,growth capacity and solvency.Through the analysis of its financial indicators,it is found that after the transformation,the return on assets and return on investment have increased,the operating capacity has been enhanced,the capital turnover efficiency has been improved,the growth level is stable,and the solvency has been improved.Fourth,in the process of analyzing the transformation of Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited,it is found that there are problems such as increased cooperation cost,increased investment risk and reduced fixed assets that can be used for financing Mortgage.In view of these problems,it is proposed to strictly screen partners,strengthen the development of their own enterprises while cooperating,establish and improve the internal control system,strengthen risk prevention,further broaden financing channels and make full use of the existing funds of enterprises.Finally,I hope this paper can provide some positive reference for enterprises that are in the transformation period or have not yet carried out transformation.更多还原
