【摘要】 在知识经济的背景下,小学生的教育问题成为家长们最为关心的问题。对于小学生群体而言,新奇特色的事物不断涌入他们的视线,吸引他们的注意力与好奇心,部分小学生容易受此影响无法将精力全身心投入到学习中去,逐渐在学习中体会不到乐趣所在,对学习产生畏难甚至厌烦情绪。家庭作为小学生社会化的初始场域,是学习与成长最基本的环境,使得家庭教育在小学生健康发展过程中发挥着关键作用。本文旨在以一名存在厌学问题的小学生的个案研究为例,基于个案现实情况,采用家庭社会工作层面的家庭系统理论对小学生厌学问题进行研究,制定完善的介入计划逐步对小学生提供服务,帮助小学生建立良好的学习习惯、疏导不良情绪,改善厌学情绪与行为。同时,使得社会工作专业领域相关理论和方法的应用得以拓展,为针对从家庭系统着手解决小学生的厌学问题提出相应对策建议,以供有关研究者参考。本研究以一名小学五年级学生为服务对象,采用行动研究法、访谈法、观察法的研究方法为服务对象提供专业个案工作介入服务,在个案干预的初期,研究者通过开展访谈与量表测试的方法对案主的基本情况、厌学问题现状进行调查分析,从情绪和行为层面将案主厌学问题的具体表现进行梳理,深入分析后发现小学生的厌学问题是自身与家庭因素共同影响的结果。在此基础上,将案主的厌学问题区别于以往的素质教育问题,而是视为一种家庭问题,将家庭视为一个各部分相互关联影响的系统,探索家庭规则、家庭沟通方式、成员界限、自我分化等方面对小学生厌学问题产生的影响。从小学生的个人及家庭层面分别进行针对性个案工作介入,重塑案主对自身问题的认知,挖掘其能力和资源,协助案主在厌学问题上逐渐发生改变。鼓励每位家庭成员认识到自己的责任与家庭内部的连锁反应,让家庭更好地发挥情感教育作用,助力小学生厌学问题的解决。研究结果表明,社会工作实务开展的系统观点为观察和解决问题提供了独特的视角与方法,使得个案干预工作高效完成。通过定性与定量方法的评估结果来看,小学生厌学问题与家庭环境改善效果也十分显著。基于此,对个案服务过程中的经验总结以及个案服务中存在的不足进行了深刻反思,使个案服务更加完善,更具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of knowledge economy,the education of primary school students has become the most concerned issue for parents.As far as primary school students are concerned,new and unique things are constantly flooding into their sight,attracting their attention and curiosity.Some primary school students are easily affected by this,unable to devote their energy to their studies,and gradually fail to realize the fun in their studies,and are afraid of difficulties or even bored with their studies.As the initial field of socialization of family pupils,it is the most basic environment for learning and growth,which makes family education play a key role in the healthy development of pupils.The purpose of this paper is to take a case study of a primary school student who is tired of studying as an example.Based on the actual situation of the case,the family system theory at the level of family social work is adopted to study the problem of primary school students’ tired of studying,and a perfect intervention plan is made to gradually provide services to primary school students,help them establish good study habits,ease bad emotions and improve their tired mood and behavior.At the same time,it expands the application of relevant theories and methods in the field of social work,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of primary school students’ weariness from the family system,for reference of relevant researchers.This study takes a fifth-grade primary school student as the service object,and adopts the research methods of action research,interview and observation to provide professional case work intervention services for the service object.At the initial stage of case intervention,the researcher investigates and analyzes the basic situation and the present situation of the case owner’s weariness of learning by conducting interviews and scale tests,and sorts out the specific manifestations of the case owner’s weariness of learning from the emotional and behavioral aspects.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the problem of primary school students weariness of learning is the result of their own and family factors.On this basis,the case-owner’s study-weariness problem is different from the previous quality-oriented education problem,but is regarded as a family problem,and the family is regarded as a system in which all parts are interrelated,and the influence of family rules,family communication methods,member boundaries,self-differentiation and other aspects on the study-weariness problem of primary school students is explored.From the individual and family level of primary school students,targeted case work intervention is carried out to reshape the case owners’ cognition of their own problems,tap their abilities and resources,and help the case owners to gradually change their weariness of learning.Encourage every family member to realize their responsibility and the chain reaction within the family,so that the family can better play the role of emotional education and help primary school students to solve the problem of school weariness.The results show that the systematic view of social work practice provides a unique perspective and method for observing and solving problems,which makes the case intervention work efficiently completed.According to the evaluation results of qualitative and quantitative methods,the problem of primary school students’ school weariness and the improvement effect of family environment are also very significant.Based on this,this paper makes a profound reflection on the experience summary in the process of case service and the shortcomings existing in case service,so as to make the case service more perfect and more meaningful for reference.更多还原
