【摘要】 幼儿围绕家庭和幼儿园开展一系列活动。在幼儿的发展中,家庭教育发挥着举足轻重的作用,而幼儿园教育又是幼儿早期教育的一个重要内容,其直接关系到幼儿未来的成长和发展。《纲要》指出:“家庭和幼儿园具有合作关系,家庭教育尤为重要,应秉持尊重、平等、合作的理念,寻求幼儿家长的理解和认可,共同参与到幼儿教育当中,支持并引导家长提升教育水平,树立正确的教育理念。因而,在开展家园合作的过程中,幼儿园和家庭是一个整体,不可分割。鉴于此,以国内外相关文献为理论基础,采用问卷调查法,并辅以访谈法和观察法对临汾市G县乡镇中心幼儿园家园合作现状进行一定的调查研究,结果表明,就家园合作层面而言,目前临汾市G县乡镇中心幼儿园仍然存在诸多问题为:对家园合作的认识不足,缺乏重视性;家园合作内容局限,缺乏全面性;家园合作的形式表面,缺乏有效性;家园合作程度不高,缺乏主动性以及家园合作效果粗浅,缺乏针对性。对于以上问题提出以下针对性的建议:强化家园合作意识,提高重视性;丰富家园合作内容,提高全面性;创新家园合作方式,提高有效性;拓宽家园合作程度,提高参与性;完善家园合作制度,促进常态化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young children carry out a series of activities around the family and kindergarten.Family education plays a pivotal role in the development of young children,and kindergarten education is an important element of early childhood education,which is directly related to the future growth and development of young children.The Outline states: "Families and kindergartens have a cooperative relationship,and family education is particularly important.They should uphold the concepts of respect,equality,and cooperation,seek the understanding and recognition of parents,participate in early childhood education,and support and guide parents to improve their education and establish the correct educational philosophy.Thus,in the process of cooperation between home and family,kindergarten and family are a whole and inseparable.In view of this,we used questionnaires,interviews and observations to investigate the current situation of home cooperation in the kindergartens in G County,Linfen City.The results show that there are still many problems at the level of home-home cooperation,such as:lack of awareness and attention to home-home cooperation;lack of comprehensive content of home-home cooperation;lack of effectiveness in the form of superficial home-home cooperation;lack of initiative in the degree of home-home cooperation;and lack of relevance in the effect of home-home cooperation.The following suggestions are made for the above problems: strengthen the awareness of home-home cooperation and improve the importance;enrich the content of home-home cooperation and improve the comprehensiveness;innovate the way of home-home cooperation and improve the effectiveness;broaden the degree of home-home cooperation and improve the participation;improve the system of home-home cooperation and promote the normalization.更多还原
