【Abstract】 In recent years, along with the deepening problem of aging population, people’s demand for health information is increasing, and the efficiency of current medical resources and services does not fully match the large base of aging population in China, which has led to a new form of combining healthcare and the Internet-online health communities. With the continuous development of the Internet, online health communities have also shown great vitality, gradually becoming a platform for users to obtain health information and communicate their conditions in a timely manner, which is inseparable from the active participation of users in community information sharing. However, users of online health communities mainly browse information and are less willing to share information, which may cause bottlenecks in the development of online health communities over time and prevent them from serving users better. Therefore, this paper firstly investigates the factors influencing health information sharing among users of online health communities;furthermore,it combines evolutionary game theory to study the benefits, costs, and losses of users, online health communities, and the government under a three-party game behavior strategy, and then lists the benefit matrix and analyzes the evolutionary stability strategy. Finally,we propose a strategy to promote the sharing of health information among users of online health communities, and contribute to the sustainable development of online health communities. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First, following the idea of empirical research, based on the related theories of information sharing behavior, combined with emotion theory, face theory,cost-benefit theory and health belief model,a model that affects users’ willingness to share health information is constructed.Through questionnaire surveys and data analysis,it is found that information sensitivity has a significant negative influence on users’ willingness to share health information, and the four factors of user experience, emotion, face orientation and disease severity The four factors of user experience, emotion, face orientation and disease severity have a significant positive influence on users’ willingness to share health information, and the relevant hypotheses are verified through regression analysis, which paves the way for the construction of the evolutionary game model below.Second, the evolutionary game model is further constructed.Based on stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory, the parameters used in the model were set based on previous studies in the literature, and a three-party evolutionary game model among users, online health communities and the government was established to analyze the evolutionary stability of the game model. The results of the study found that user experience, emotion, face orientation, information sensitivity, disease severity and information leakage probability affect both users and online health communities, and the loss of information leakage can influence the evolutionary direction of users’ willingness to share information and change the evolutionary speed of online health communities;government penalties and rewards have a dual impact on online health communities and the government, with rewards promoting the community’s positive Rewards promote the proportion of positive community protection, while penalties inhibit the proportion of positive community protection, while rewards and penalties and social benefits also change the evolutionary speed of the government. Finally, according to the above conclusions, some relevant strategies and suggestions are put forward to improve users’ willingness to share health information in online health community from three levels: users, online health community and government.
