【摘要】 教育惩戒历史悠久,但是由于现代社会倡导学生是教育主体,提倡素质教育,社会整体都淡化了教育惩戒的作用,赏识教育和民主教育占据了人们的视野,但其实单一的鼓励和表扬对学生的错误行为修正效果并不显著,需要适度的配合教育惩戒对学生进行教育,二者结合方能获得更好的效果。初中学生家长作为初中学生教育中的关键一环,对教育惩戒的顺利实施起到了关键作用,而且初中学生家长对教育惩戒态度的良好转变有利于带动社会整体认可教育惩戒,所以本研究运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法研究初中学生家长对教育惩戒的态度,根据研究结果分析其中问题及其成因,并针对问题制定对策。本研究基于相关理论结合对初中学生家长关于教育惩戒的态度问卷调查结果及访谈结果分析初中学生家长对教育惩戒的态度现状。总结现存问题为初中学生家长对教育惩戒内涵认知不清晰;初中学生家长对教育惩戒相关制度了解较少;初中学生家长对教育惩戒心存芥蒂;初中学生家长对教育惩戒方式接受度低;初中学生家长轻视教育惩戒效果;初中学生家长关于教育惩戒与教师的协作意愿低。并分析问题成因五个方面分别为教育惩戒配套章程欠缺;家长存在教育观念误区;教师实施教育惩戒顾虑多;学生抵触教育惩戒;社会整体认识狭隘。并针对以上问题及成因,从社会、学生、教育主管部门、教师、初中学生家长五个层面分别提出优化措施。希望对目前初中学生家长对教育惩戒的态度优化有一定的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational punishment has a long history,but due to the advocacy of students as the main body of education and the promotion of quality education in modern society,the role of educational punishment has been weakened as a whole.Appreciation education and democratic education have occupied people’s vision.However,in fact,a single encouragement and praise does not have a significant effect on correcting students’ wrong behavior.Moderate cooperation with educational punishment is needed to educate students,and the combination of the two can achieve better results.As a key link in the education of middle school students,parents of middle school students play a crucial role in the smooth implementation of educational punishment.Moreover,the good transformation of parents’ attitudes towards educational punishment is conducive to promoting the overall recognition of educational punishment in society.Therefore,this study uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to study the attitudes of parents of middle school students towards educational punishment.Based on the research results,the problems and their causes are analyzed,And formulate countermeasures for the problem.This study is based on relevant theories and combines the results of a questionnaire survey and interviews with parents of middle school students on their attitudes towards educational punishment to analyze the current situation of parents’ attitudes towards educational punishment.The existing problem is that parents of middle school students do not have a clear understanding of the connotation of educational punishment;Parents of junior high school students have little understanding of educational punishment related systems;Parents of middle school students have a grudge against educational punishment;Parents of middle school students have a low acceptance of educational punishment methods;Parents of middle school students underestimate the effectiveness of educational punishment;Parents of middle school students have low willingness to cooperate with teachers regarding educational punishment.And analyze the causes of the problem from five aspects: the lack of supporting regulations for education and punishment;Parents have educational misconceptions;The rights and interests of teachers are not guaranteed;Students who resist educational punishment;The overall understanding of society is narrow.And in response to the above problems and causes,optimization measures are proposed from five levels: society,students,education authorities,teachers,and parents of middle school students.I hope it has certain positive significance for optimizing the attitude of parents of middle school students towards educational punishment at present.更多还原
