致密砾岩油藏水平井生产动态分析评价方法研究

【摘要】 以玛湖18/131区块为代表的致密油藏地层压力系数高,天然能量充足,采用水平井+多级压裂技术实现了规模开发。目前关于水平井开发效果评价指标及方法的研究多数针对注水开发方式,不适用于致密油藏压裂水平井衰竭式开发。基于研究区142口水平井现代产量递减分析结果,分析了玛湖致密油藏水平井衰竭式开发的产量递减、压力变化、井间干扰规律,总结了水平井生产规律。综合考虑地质因素和工程因素,开展了水平井产量影响因素相关性分析,讨论了地层系数、水平段钻遇油层长度、压裂液返排率等7种因素对水平井稳定生产前90天和2年内平均日产油量的影响。依据灰色关联分析原理,计算7种因素与水平井平均日产油量之间的关联度,明确了水平井不同生产阶段产量主控因素。引入水平段有效长度比、单位压降累积采油量、年产量综合递减率等6个评价指标,采用层次分析和现代模糊综合评判法,建立了玛湖致密油藏水平井衰竭式开发分类评判标准,给定了评价指标之间的权重取值,确定了水平井衰竭式开发综合评价方法。本文研究成果为致密油藏水平井衰竭式开发效果评价提供了技术支撑,对于提高类似致密油藏开发效果具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Tight oil reservoirs represented by Ma 18/131 have high-pressure coefficients and sufficient natural energy,mainly using horizontal wells and multi-stage fracturing technology to achieve large-scale production.At present,most researches on the evaluation methods of horizontal well development are around water injection,and are not suitable for depletion development of fractured horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs.Based on the analysis results of modern production decline of 142 horizontal wells in the study area,this paper analyzes the law of production decline,pressure change,and inter-well interference in the depletion development of horizontal wells in Mahu tight oil reservoir,and summarizes the production law of horizontal wells.Comprehensive consideration of geological factors and engineering factors,this paper carries out a correlation analysis of factors affecting the production of horizontal wells.It mainly discusses the influence of 7 factors,including formation coefficient,length of drilled oil layer in horizontal section,flowback rate of fracturing fluid,on the average daily oil production in the first 90 days and 2 years of stable production of horizontal wells.According to the principle of grey relational analysis,calculate the correlation between 7 factors and the average daily oil production of horizontal wells,the main controlling factors of production in different production stages of horizontal wells are clarified.Introduced six evaluation indicators such as effective length ratio,cumulative oil production per unit pressure drop,and comprehensive decline rate of annual production,using analytic hierarchy process and modern fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the classification and evaluation criteria for depletion development of horizontal wells in Mahu tight oil reservoirs are determined.Given the weight relationship between evaluation indicators,a comprehensive evaluation method for horizontal well depletion development is constructed.The research results in this paper provide technical support for the evaluation of the depletion development effect of horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs,and have a certain guiding significance for improving the development effect of similar tight oil reservoirs.
