【摘要】 随着移动互联网的高速发展,企业数字化转型和移动云办公成为企业发展的新浪潮,工作流平台作为企业OA办公的核心,是企业实现移动云办公的重中之重。但是目前大部分企业应用的工作流系统仍存在很多问题,如传统的工作流平台指派审批人员单一、流程业务不易扩展、流程审批局限在PC端、系统灵活度低等。基于传统工作流系统存在的问题和企业数字化转型的需要,我设计并实现了一个基于企业微信的移动工作流平台,通过灵活的表单设计、流程图设置、工作流与企业微信结合来解决传统工作流平台的以上问题,该平台可以适用于所有企业的流程审批。基于企业微信的移动工作流平台应用DMZ缓冲区、Nginx反向代理器、Nacos服务与发现中心和Gateway来保证外网服务的正常请求,又通过Spring Security+OAuth2.0进行权限验证来保障内部系统的安全。数据层应用Mysql集群进行数据的读取、存储和缓存。该工作流平台可以在Linux、Windows、IOS、Android、鸿蒙等系统上运行。根据功能性需求分析,工作流平台在PC端实现流程分组管理、流程定义管理、流程角色管理、App菜单管理和审批台账管理模块,在企业微信端实现流程处理、待审核、已审核和查看流程历史记录模块。该平台将工作流与企业微信结合,实现了在PC端根据企业业务灵活得自定义流程和查看相关流程数据,在企业微信端随时随地进行业务审批的办公模式,使企业的管理机制得到提升,显著提高企业运营的敏捷性,有助于企业管理转型线上,开启云办公。在该项目中,本人独立完成了项目的背景调研、需求分析、概要设计和详细设计,参与流程分组管理、流程定义管理、流程角色管理、流程办理模块的代码开发。经过半年的开发与测试,该项目成功解决传统工作流平台的上述问题,实现企业移动流程审批,并已正式上线,运行在本人任职公司的各个部门。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of mobile Internet,enterprise digital transformation and mobile cloud office have become a new wave of enterprise development.As the core of enterprise OA office,workflow platform is the top priority for enterprises to realize mobile cloud office.However,at present,there are still many problems in most enterprise applied workflow systems,such as the traditional workflow platform has a single approver,the process business is not easy to expand,the process approval is limited to PC,and the system flexibility is low.Based on these problems existing in the traditional workflow system and the needs of enterprise digital transformation,I designed and implemented a mobile workflow platform based on enterprise We Chat,which solves the above problems of the traditional workflow platform through flexible form design,flow chart setting,workflow and enterprise We Chat combination,and the platform can be applied to the process approval of all enterprises.The mobile workflow platform based on Enterprise We Chat applies DMZ buffer,Nginx reverse proxy,Nacos service and discovery center and Gateway to ensure the normal requests of extranet services,and to ensure the security of internal systems through Spring Security+OAuth2.0 permission verification.The data layer applies Mysql cluster to read,store,and cache data.The workflow platform can run on Linux,Windows,IOS,Android,Hongmeng and other systems.According to the functional requirements analysis,the workflow platform implements process group management,process definition management,process role management,App menu management and approval ledger management modules on the PC side,and realizes the process processing,pending review,reviewed and view process history modules on the Enterprise We Chat terminal.The platform combines the workflow with the enterprise We Chat,realizes the office mode of flexibly customizing the process and viewing the relevant process data according to the enterprise business on the PC side,and conducts business approval anytime and anywhere on the enterprise We Chat terminal,which improves the management mechanism of the enterprise,significantly improves the agility of the enterprise operation,and helps the enterprise management transformation online and opens the cloud office.In this project,I independently completed the background research,requirements analysis,outline design and detailed design of the project,and participated in the code development of process group management,process definition management,process role management,and process handling module.After half a year of development and testing,the project successfully solved the above problems of the traditional workflow platform,realized the approval of the enterprise mobile process,and has been officially launched and run in various departments of the company where I work.更多还原
