车用半导体模块开发项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 随着气候变化及化石燃料储量的下降,电动汽车正在不断提升其在汽车消费中的比重。在电动汽车的控制系统中,由绝缘栅双极型二极管和续流二极管组成的功率半导体模块,起着直、交流转换的作用,被喻为电动汽车的“心脏”。在功率模块国产化替代的过程中,需要应用项目开发工具,来提高此新型车用零部件的质量。本论文首先梳理、参考了国内外的车用零部件项目质量管理经验;然后分析作者所在MM公司的项目开发流程,找到其中可优化之处,进而以一款车用模块的开发为载体,使用产品先期质量策划流程,从项目计划和确定,产品设计和开发,过程设计和开发,产品和过程确认,以及反馈、评定和纠正措施五个阶段分别进行梳理,优化和改善。即:成立APQP项目小组以解决项目组人员不固定的问题;使用DFMEA、PFMEA、过程流程图等开发工具,并在其中明确特殊特性要求,来实现信息流的精准传递;通过量测系统分析和过程能力研究,优化产品转产前的过程稳定性;通过编制量产控制计划,将车用产品的质量要求向生产部门传达,在小批量和量产过程进行生产质量控制。最终成功开发了一款车用功率半导体模块。论文的研究帮助MM公司提高了项目开发效率与产品质量,为后续的国产功率半导体模块开发提供了一种高效方案。

【Abstract】 With climate changes and the decline of fossil fuel reserves,electric are constantly increasing their share in automobile consumption.the control system of electric vehicles,the power module composed of Gate Bipolar Transistors(IGBT)and Free Wheel Diodes(FWD)the role of conversion of DC and AC,which is described as the of electric vehicles.In the process of replacing the power module it is necessary to apply project development tools to improve quality of the new vehicle parts.vehicles In Insulated plays "heart" domestically,theFirst,this paper compares project development experiences in parts and components in China and abroad.Then it analyzes MM’s project development process to find out what can be.Taking the development of a vehicle power module as a carrier,phase(Plan and Define Program,Product Design and Development Process Design and Development Verification,Product and Verification,and Feedback,Assessment and Corrective Action)optimized and improved respectively.Namely,set up an APQP project to solve the problem of unstable team,use DFMEA,PFMEA,flow chart and other development tools to achieve accurate of information flow,optimize the process stability of products production by measurement system analysis and process capability deliver the quality requirements of automotive products to the department through the preparation of production control plan,automotive Company optimized each Verification,Process was team process transmission before research,productionand control the production quality in small batch and mass production process.Finally a power semiconductor module for vehicle was successfully developed.The research helps Company MM improve product quality and the efficiency of project development.It also provides a solution for the subsequent development of domestic power semiconductor modules.
