【摘要】 随着我国城市化的进程和产业结构的调整,原先位于城市边缘的工业用地被逐渐包围于城市的内部,其上的大量工业建筑丧失了原有功能,面临拆除或改造。为减少不必要的拆除重建,保留些许历史印迹,既有工业建筑的改造在城市更新、环境保护和可持续发展等方面都有着重要意义。为应对此类项目的特殊性和复杂性,对在既有工业建筑改造项目中BIM技术的应用进行研究是非常有必要的。本文探究了既有工业建筑改造类项目中BIM应用的技术构成,并基于新型建筑学的“构件法”提出了既有工业建筑的构件分类法。研究了既有工业建筑改造设计项目中BIM应用的通用流程,并通过实际案例予以验证。试图在既有工业建筑改造类项目中总结应用BIM技术的一般规律,为在此类项目中推行BIM技术提供参考和借鉴。通过BIM技术的应用,力求在工业建筑改造类项目中最小化改动原有结构和最大化地满足新功能,使既有工业建筑通过合理高效的改造焕发出新的生机,成为激发区域活力,促进城市更新,推进可持续发展的基础。本文通过研究提出两个创新点:一是提出在既有工业建筑改造类项目中BIM应用的通用设计流程;二是在既有工业建筑改造的BIM设计中,提出采集数据的构件化及其构件系统的创建技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the process of urbanization and industrial structure adjustment in China,the industrial land originally located at the edge of the city is gradually surrounded by the inner part of the city,and a large number of industrial buildings above them have lost their original functions and are facing demolition or renovation.In order to reduce unnecessary demolition and renovation,and to preserve some historical traces,the renovation of existing industrial buildings is of great significance in terms of urban renewal,sustainable development,and environmental protection.To deal with the specificity and complexity of such projects,it is necessary to study the application of BIM technology in the renovation projects on existing industrial buildings.This paper explores the technical composition of BIM application in existing industrial building renovation projects,and proposes a taxonomy of components for existing industrial buildings based on the "component method" in the next generation architecture.The universal process of BIM application in existing industrial building renovation design projects is studied and verified by an actual case,in an attempt to summarize the general rules of applying BIM technology in the renovation projects of existing industrial buildings,and provides reference for the implementation of BIM technology in such projects.Through the application of BIM technology,this paper aims to minimize modifications to the original structure and maximize new functions in the industrial building renovation projects,so that the existing industrial buildings can be revitalized through reasonable and efficient renovation,and become the basis for stimulating regional vitality,promoting urban renewal,and advancing sustainable development.This paper presents two innovations through research: firstly,it proposes a universal design process for applying BIM in renovation projects on existing industrial buildings;secondly,it proposes the componentization of the collected data and the creation technology of its component system in the BIM design of existing industrial building renovation.更多还原
