改性海藻酸盐/UV固化聚氨酯体系在棉织物抗皱及涂料印花中的应用

【摘要】 本研究首先利用4,4’-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2’-二磺酸、甲醛、环己基异腈通过Ugi四组分反应对海藻酸盐进行改性,得到疏水性增强的改性海藻酸盐(SA-X),并通过红外、核磁、XPS、紫外以及荧光光谱分析验证了产物结构。通过流变、表面张力、Zeta电位、光散射稳定性等测试,探究了不同改性程度海藻酸盐对UV-100型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)的乳化及稳定作用。研究表明,改性海藻酸盐作用下乳液体系的表面张力较未改性海藻酸盐作用下的乳液没有明显变化,但黏度略有降低。此外,改性海藻酸盐可使乳液的Zeta电位绝对值增大,进而获得更高的稳定性。相较而言,在相同的浓度下,高改性海藻酸盐(H-SA-X)比低改性海藻酸盐(L-SA-X)对PUA具有更优良的乳化能力,可以获得电位更大和稳定性更高的乳化体系。将海藻酸盐稳定的UV-100乳液与光引发剂1173混合,通过浸轧的方式对棉织物进行处理,并利用UV光照辐射进行固化,系统探究了海藻酸盐浓度以及改性程度对PUA树脂抗皱性能的影响,并通过FTIR、XPS和TG等分析了对抗皱效果的增强机制。结果表明,随反应性海藻酸盐用量及改性程度的提高,织物的抗皱性获得改善,这说明SA-X能够参与到PUA树脂的UV光固化反应中,更有效的抑制了纤维素大分子链的形变与滑动,提高了折皱回复性。通过对处理前后织物的白度、断裂强力、抗起毛起球性、疏水性等测试发现,基于SA-X制备的PUA体系未造成棉织物明显黄变,这是UV光固化技术相较传统热固化方法的突出优势之一;此外,处理后织物的疏水性能随着SA-X浓度的增加而增大,表明对织物表面形成更好的覆盖效果;最后,处理后织物的抗起毛球能力获得提高,而织物断裂强力也随SA-X用量的增加而逐渐增大。利用海藻酸盐协同分散了非离子型酞菁绿G颜料,发现高改性H-SA-X比LSA-X和SA具有更好的分散增强效果,可减小颜料分散体的平均粒径,并提高其Zeta电位和稳定性。将PUA乳液、颜料分散体、增稠剂混合后制备成印花色浆,探究了H-SA-X浓度以及PUA种类、用量对颜料印花质量以及印制牢度的影响。研究发现,随H-SA-X用量的增加,颜料印花织物的印制精度、颜色深度、疏水性以及色牢度都获得提高,这是由于H-SA-X结构中的活性双键能够参与PUA分子在UV光固化条件下的成膜反应,可对纤维表面的颜料颗粒形成更好的包覆。此外,随着两种不同PUA(UV-100、JZ-4234)用量的提升,颜料印花的牢度都获得提高,相较而言,油性UV-100比水性JZ-4234 PUA树脂的固色效果更为优异。

【Abstract】 In this study,4,4’-diaminostilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid,formaldehyde,and cyclohexyl isonitrile were first used to modify alginate by Ugi four-component reaction to obtain a reaction with enhanced hydrophobicity alginate(SA-X),and the structure of the product was verified by infrared,NMR,XPS,ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopic analysis.Through the tests of rheology,surface tension,particle size,Zeta potential and light scattering stability,the emulsification and stabilization of UV-100 urethane acrylate(PUA)by alginate with different degrees of modification were explored.The study showed that the surface tension of the emulsion system under the action of modified alginate did not change significantly compared with the emulsion under the action of unmodified alginate,but the viscosity decreased slightly.In addition,the modified alginate can reduce the particle size of the emulsion and increase the absolute value of Zeta potential,thereby obtaining higher stability.In comparison,at the same concentration,the high-modified alginate(H-SA-X)has better emulsifying ability for PUA than the low-modified alginate(L-SA-X),and the particles can be obtained.Emulsification system with smaller diameter,larger potential and higher stability.The alginate-stabilized UV-100 emulsion was mixed with photoinitiator 1173,and the cotton fabric was treated by padding and cured by UV light radiation.The effects of alginate concentration and modification degree on PUA resin were systematically explored.The effect of anti-wrinkle performance was analyzed,and the enhanced mechanism of antiwrinkle effect was analyzed by FTIR,XPS and TG.The results show that with the increase of the amount of reactive alginate and the degree of modification,the wrinkle resistance of the fabric is improved,which indicates that SA-X can participate in the UV light curing reaction of PUA resin and inhibit the cellulose macromolecules more effectively.The deformation and sliding of the chain improves the wrinkle recovery.By testing the whiteness,breaking strength,anti-pilling,and hydrophobicity of the fabrics before and after treatment,it was found that the PUA system prepared based on SA-X did not cause obvious yellowing of cotton fabrics.One of the outstanding advantages of the curing method;in addition,the hydrophobic properties of the treated fabrics increased with the increase of the SA-X concentration,indicating a better covering effect on the fabric surface;finally,the anti-pilling ability of the treated fabrics was obtained The breaking strength of the fabric also increased gradually with the increase of the amount of SA-X.The non-ionic phthalocyanine green G pigment was synergistically dispersed by alginate,and it was found that the highly modified H-SA-X had better dispersion enhancement effect than L-SA-X and SA,and could reduce the average particle size of the pigment dispersion.diameter,and improve its Zeta potential and stability.The printing paste was prepared by mixing PUA emulsion,pigment dispersion and thickener,and the effects of H-SA-X concentration,PUA type and dosage on pigment printing quality and printing fastness were explored.The study found that with the increase of the amount of HSA-X,the printing accuracy,color depth,hydrophobicity and color fastness of the pigment printed fabric were improved,which was due to the fact that the active double bonds in the H-SA-X structure could participate in the film-forming reaction of PUA molecules under UV light curing conditions can form a better coating for the pigment particles on the fiber surface.In addition,with the increase of the dosage of two different PUAs(UV-100,JZ-4234),the fastness of pigment printing is improved.In comparison,oil-based UV-100 has a better color-fixing effect than water-based JZ-4234 PUA resin.
