【摘要】 破产重整制度起源于英国,随着经济全球化的发展,逐渐被其他国家引用。大多数企业在陷入严重财务危机后选择退出市场,然而有些仍具有市场价值的企业在等待着重生,破产重整制度给这些企业带来了希望。我国引入破产重整制度以来,越来越多的企业选择重整,试图通过整合资源改进管理,提高经营业绩。国资委将锌业股份列为破产重整试点单位,作为破产重整的代表性企业,锌业股份在维持主营业务不变的情况下扭转了长期严重亏损的局面,仅两个月便迅速完成了破产重整。因此选取锌业股份为破产重整案例背景,对其重整后的财务绩效进行分析。论文首先介绍锌业股份的基本情况,再对锌业股份重整动因、路径以及方案进行梳理。然后对锌业股份破产重整财务绩效内容进行识别,从纵向与横向对财务指标进行分析。最后选用因子分析法分析综合财务绩效,同时结合非财务视角综合考量破产重整后企业整体的经营状况。通过分析得出,重整后锌业股份摆脱了困境,扭转了当时濒临破产退市的处境,财务绩效得到了提升,提高了企业价值。然而长期来看企业整体经营状况并不稳定,盈利能力疲软,同时由于产品结构单一,限制企业进一步发展。最后根据分析得出启示,为锌业股份后续经营提升财务绩效提供建议,同时为其他实施破产重整的企业提供借鉴,帮助其重整后提高财务绩效水平,真正实现涅槃重生,为资本市场增添活力,加快实现经济高质量发展。该论文有图15幅,表21个,参考文献52篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bankruptcy reorganization system originated in the United Kingdom and has been gradually adopted by other countries as the economy has become more globalized.Most enterprises have chosen to exit the market after severe financial crises,but there are still some enterprises with market value waiting to be reborn,and the bankruptcy reorganization system brings hope to these enterprises.Since the introduction of bankruptcy reorganization in China,more and more enterprises have chosen to reorganize in an attempt to improve their management and operational performance by consolidating their resources.As a representative enterprise of bankruptcy reorganization,Zinc Industry.was able to reverse its long-standing severe losses while maintaining its main business,and completed its bankruptcy reorganization quickly in only two months.Therefore,we choose Zinc Industry as a case study of bankruptcy reorganization and analyze its financial performance after reorganization.Firstly,the paper introduces the current situation of bankruptcy reorganization and the basic situation of Zinc Industry in China,and combs the motivation,path and scheme of Zinc Industry reorganization.Then identify the content of financial performance of the bankruptcy reorganization of Zinc Industry,from the vertical and horizontal analysis of financial indicators.Finally,the factor analysis method is used to analyze the comprehensive financial performance,and the overall operation status of the enterprise after bankruptcy reorganization is comprehensively considered from the non-financial perspective.The analysis shows that after the reorganization,the zinc industry shares got rid of the dilemma,reversed the situation of bankruptcy and delisting at that time,improved the financial performance and improved the enterprise value.However,in the long run,the overall business situation of the enterprise is not stable and the profitability is weak.At the same time,due to the single product structure,the further development of the enterprise is limited.Finally,according to the analysis,the enlightenment is obtained to provide suggestions for the follow-up operation of Zinc Industry to improve financial performance,and provide reference for the follow-up development of other enterprises implementing bankruptcy reorganization,so as to help them improve the level of financial performance after reorganization,truly realize Nirvana rebirth,add vitality to the capital market and accelerate the realization of high-quality economic development.This paper has 15 figures,21 tables and 52 references.更多还原
