【摘要】 石灰石虽然在日常生产活动中十分常见,但高品位的优质石灰石在国家经济发展中有着很重要的地位。由于石灰石矿山原有粗放型的开采方式,导致其开发过程中出现资源开发不合理、对周边生态环境污染严重以及经营经济发展结构单一等问题。在新时代的国家生态文明建设中,环境保护早已成为中国社会的共识,尤其是近几年社会各界对生态环境问题更加关注。矿山开采行业是典型的高污染行业,未来矿山企业在可持续发展中如何实现资源开发与环境保持和谐,特别是石灰石矿山如何解决自身传统产业污染问题,实现更好更优发展,绿色发展为这些问题提供了解决思路或办法。首先,本文对W矿山公司所处的外部环境,即宏观环境、行业环境等方面进行详细分析,其中宏观环境应用PEST分析模型分析企业当前所处的政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境,行业环境分析采用波特五力竞争模型,分析行业竞争威胁、卖方与买方的议价能力、替代品与潜在进入者的威胁,研究得出外部环境为W矿山公司带来的多种机遇与挑战;其次,对W矿山公司内部环境进行分析,通过研究企业的发展历程、地质资料与生产技术,分析企业运营过程中存在的实际问题,解析企业生产经营管理能力,明确企业在发展中具备的优势与劣势;再次,运用SWOT分析法,从生产环节、客户、管理、研发等多角度多方面研究并制定出企业绿色发展道路的指导方向;最后,提出企业战略实施的多种保障措施,包括文化管理保障、组织管理保障、制度保障等,从而为企业的发展战略提供有力支撑。通过对W矿山公司战略发展的研究,企业可通过优化内部的发展目标,确定企业绿色的发展路线,应用合理有效的战略保障措施,最终帮助企业实现长远稳定的发展,使W矿山公司能够在激烈的市场竞争环境中逐渐壮大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although limestone is very common in daily production activities,high-grade and high-quality limestone has a very important position in the country’s economic development.Due to the original extensive mining methods of limestone mines,problems such as unreasonable resource development,serious pollution to the surrounding ecological environment,and unitary economic development structure in the development process have appeared.In the construction of national ecological civilization in the new era,environmental protection has long become the consensus of Chinese society,especially in recent years,all sectors of society have paid more attention to ecological environmental issues.The mining industry is a typical high-pollution industry.In the future,how can mining companies achieve harmony between resource development and the environment in sustainable development,especially how limestone mines can solve their own traditional industrial pollution problems and achieve better and better development.Green development is this The problem provides an idea or solution.First of all,this article analyzes the external environment of W Mine Company in detail,that is,the macro environment,industrial environment,etc.The macro environment uses the PEST analysis model to analyze the current political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment of the company.Industry environment analysis adopts Porter’s five-force competition model to analyze industry competition threats,the bargaining power of sellers and buyers,the threats of substitutes and potential entrants,and study the various opportunities and challenges that the external environment brings to W Mining Company;Secondly,analyze the internal environment of W Mine Company,analyze the actual problems in the operation process of the enterprise,analyze the production and operation management capabilities of the enterprise,and clarify the advantages and advantages of the enterprise in the development by studying the development history,geological data and production technology of the enterprise.Disadvantages;again,using SWOT analysis to study and formulate the guiding direction of the company’s green development path from multiple perspectives such as production links,customers,management,and research and development;finally,put forward a variety of safeguards for the implementation of corporate strategies,including cultural management Guarantee,organization and management guarantee,system guarantee,etc.,so as to provide strong support for the development strategy of the enterprise.Through the research on the strategic development of W Mining Company,the company can optimize the internal development goals,determine the company’s green development route,apply reasonable and effective strategic safeguard measures,and finally help the company achieve long-term and stable development,so that W Mining Company can be in the fierce Gradually grow in the competitive market environment.更多还原
