【摘要】 长江经济带发展战略是新时代中国以习近平同志为核心的党中央做出的重大区域战略决策,关乎中华民族伟大复兴中国梦和两个“一百年”奋斗目标的顺利实现。从马克思主义理论视角全方位剖析习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述,对于加强对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的理论认识、在新时代新阶段全面推动长江经济带建设具有重要意义。本文围绕习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述从以下五个部分展开研究:第一部分为绪论,主要探讨习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的研究背景及意义,通过梳理相关研究背景和研究意义、剖析国内外研究现状,阐述了本文的研究思路、研究方法和创新之处。第二部分,梳理并分析习近平关于长江经济发展战略重要论述的形成与发展。其一,从国际、国内、长江经济带自身三个现实视角分析习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的生成背景;其二,从马克思主义区域经济理论、西方区域经济发展理论、中国传统文化三个理论视角分析习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的理论基础;其三,以时间线为基本脉络梳理习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的发展历程。第三部分,以时间线为轴向后延伸,展望习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的时代价值,从思想层面分析其对马克思主义区域经济理论、习近平经济思想、内河经济带建设理论的丰富与发展,从实践层面分析其对高质量发展、区域协调发展、人类命运共同体构建的推动和助力。第四部分,以党中央在长江经济带部署的重要决策意见和习近平同志在推动长江经济带发展座谈会上的三次重要讲话内容为蓝本,深度剖析习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述的基本内容,详细阐述其生态优先绿色发展、创新转换理念、协同一体化建设、全方位开放四项基本内容。第五部分,坚持理论指导与实践探索的辩证统一,以习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述为基本纲领指导长江经济带建设,实事求是,为长江经济带建设构建以绿色发展为导向、以数字经济建设为动力、以国内大循环为支撑、以国际大循环为契机的融合实践路径。本文按照“是什么”、“为什么”、“从哪里来”、“到哪里去”、“如何落地实施”的理论逻辑对习近平关于长江经济带发展战略重要论述展开了全方位、多层次、立体化的系统研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major regional strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in China in the new era,which is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream of the Chinese nation and the smooth realization of the two "hundredyear" goals.It is of great significance to analyze Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the perspective of Marxist theory,to strengthen the theoretical understanding of Xi Jinping’s socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and to promote the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in an all-round way in the new era.This paper focuses on Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the following five parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and expounds the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this paper by combing through the relevant research background and research significance,analyzing the current situation of research at home and abroad.The second part,combing and analyzing the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the economic development strategy of the Yangtze River.First,from the international,domestic and Yangtze River economic belt itself three realistic perspectives to analyze Xi Jinping on the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy important discussion background;The third part,with the timeline as the axis backward extension,looks forward to Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,analyzes from the ideological level its enrichment and development of Marxist regional economic theory,Xi Jinping’s economic thought,inland economic belt construction theory,and analyzes its impetus and assistance to high-quality development,coordinated regional development and the construction of the community of human destiny from the practical level.The fourth part is based on the important decision-making opinions of the CPC Central Committee on the deployment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the three important speeches made by Comrade Xi Jinping at the symposium on promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,analyzes in depth the basic contents of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and elaborates on the four basic contents of his ecological priority green development,innovative transformation concept,coordinated integration construction and all-round opening.The fifth part,adhere to the dialectical unity of theoretical guidance and practical exploration,guide the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the basic program,seek truth from facts,and build a fusion practice path oriented towards green development,driven by digital economic construction,supported by the domestic large cycle and taken as the opportunity of the international economic belt.This paper conducts an all-round,multi-level and three-dimensional systematic study of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt according to the theoretical logic of "what," "why," "where to come," "where to go,and how to implement it."更多还原
