【摘要】 现代化市场环境下,企业的发展离不开绩效考核工作的支持和支撑,企业在构建考核体系时,应遵循自身实际发展需求,以便于实现企业发展目标。而在企业中项目经理作为一个重要角色,对项目成本控制、质量、进度等产生直接影响,对企业全年目标实现其重要作用,因此对如何科学合理的评价和考核项目经理的工作绩效,是一个具有理论与实践意义的课题。本文结合XT公司项目管理的实施情况,以“KPI考核”为研究基础,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、关键绩效指标法等方法,对目前项目经理绩效考核存在的问题展开研究,认识到目前绩效考核指标缺乏科学性全面性、考核周期不合理、考核反馈机制不完善等问题。从指标提取,权重设置,考核标准设定,考核主体选取以及动态KPI管理模式五个方面,完成XT公司项目经理奖励绩效考核体系的构建。并针对XT公司项目经理绩效考核,完成了绩效考核管理制度的设计,便于项目经理从思想、流程、组织与技术等层面入手采取有效措施保障考核体系的实施效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As companies pay more and more attention to performance appraisal work,building a performance appraisal system that is consistent with the development of the company will help achieve corporate development goals.As an important role in the enterprise,the project manager has a direct impact on project cost control,quality,progress,etc.,and has an important role in achieving the enterprise’s annual goals.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate and assess the work performance of the project manager is a subject of theoretical and practical significance.This article combines the implementation of project management of the XT Corporation,based on "KPI assessment",and adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,key performance indicator method and other methods,To conduct research on the current problems in the performance appraisal of project managers,and realize that the current performance appraisal indicators lack scientific and comprehensiveness,the appraisal cycle is unreasonable,and the appraisal feedback mechanism is not perfect.From the five aspects of index extraction,weight setting,assessment standard setting,assessment subject selection and dynamic KPI management mode,completed the construction of the performance evaluation system with the XT Corporation project as the core,and designed the corresponding evaluation and implementation management system,based on the four dimensions of thinking,process,organization and technology.更多还原
