【摘要】 蔬菜产业在我国农业生产和经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位,与农业内部结构的调整和发展前景密切相关。随着毕节市经济水平的提高和蔬菜产业的快速发展,各种蔬菜产业组织模式应运而生。蔬菜企业的出现,进一步推动了蔬菜产业的发展,其企业带动型蔬菜产业组织模式在毕节市蔬菜产业组织模式中占较大比重,毕节市部分蔬菜企业尚处在初级阶段,缺少有效的运作机制,导致其发展受多种因素的制约,各大蔬菜生产企业在组织模式上的选择也会受到多种因素的影响。要实现毕节市蔬菜产业健康、高效的发展,对蔬菜产业的组织模式的研究是关键,进一步探讨毕节市蔬菜产业组织模式的选择及其影响因素是十分必要的。基于此,本文以毕节市蔬菜加工企业微观调查数据为基础,对影响蔬菜企业产业组织模式选择的因素进行了实证分析。首先,分析毕节市蔬菜产业的整体发展现状,重点对蔬菜加工企业和产业组织模式进行分析。其次,根据国内外学者对蔬菜产业、农业产业组织模式的研究结论和相关理论基础,结合毕节市蔬菜产业特点,以蔬菜生产企业加工蔬菜来源形式为依据,根据企业与蔬菜供货商的合作紧密程度,本章将毕节市蔬菜产业组织模式界定为松散型,半紧密型和紧密型产业组织模式三类,对这三种组织模式进行的特征进行比较分析,并辅以调研中的案例进行解释说明。最后,以毕节市蔬菜加工企业为视角,通过调研获取蔬菜企业的微观数据,借鉴相关文献,构建影响蔬菜企业选择产业组织模式的理论框架,选取环境因素、资产专用性、交易成本3个一级特征变量作为蔬菜产业组织模式选择的主要影响因素,建立实证模型,运用多元线性模型进行回归分析,探讨蔬菜企业选择产业组织模式的影响因素,得到本文结论和提出完善毕节市蔬菜产业组织模式政策建议如下:结论:(1)贵州省蔬菜产业和产业组织体系处于快速发展阶段,毕节市拥有较好的产业发展优势,其蔬菜产量和种植面积总体呈增长状态,毕节市蔬菜产业虽有良好的发展势头,但在新形势下,蔬菜产业的发展仍面临蔬菜产业组织缺少紧密型利益联结机制、蔬菜加工企业抗风险能力弱、蔬菜生产和加工劳动力质量低、蔬菜生产技术和机械化程度低等问题。(2)对调研数据进行了描述分析以及相关性分析,得出毕节市蔬菜企业大多属于紧密型蔬菜产业组织模式,其蔬菜产业组织模式向紧密程度不断提高的方向发展是趋势。(3)通过回归分析,得出毕节市蔬菜加工企业选择产业组织模式时,受外部环境、资产专用性、交易成本等因素产生不同程度的影响。建议:蔬菜产业发展离不开良好的外部环境,要建设外部环境农业保障机制,降低企业风险,供应商的及时性以及供应商的违约情况都会对企业组织模式的选择存在显著性影响,所以加强企业与合作组织之间的契约稳定性是很有必要的,这需要政府建立和完善利益监督机制。蔬菜产业发展不仅要引导企业组织化发展,促进企业与蔬菜上游供应商的合作关系,建立稳定的利益联结机制,加强企业自身的建设,增强自身风险抵抗力,还需要加强蔬菜生产农机和技术投入以及蔬菜产业人力资本的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vegetable industry plays a pivotal role in China’s agricultural production and economic development,which is closely related to the adjustment and development prospect of agricultural internal structure.With the improvement of economic level and the rapid development of vegetable industry,various organizational modes of vegetable industry come into being.The emergence of vegetable enterprises,further promote the development of vegetable industry,the enterprise drive vegetable industry organization pattern in bijie city vegetable industry organization model,some vegetable enterprises is still in the primary stage,the lack of effective operation mechanism,lead to its development is restricted by various factors,each big vegetable production enterprises in the choice of organization mode will be affected by a variety of factors.In order to realize the healthy and efficient development of Bijie vegetable industry,the innovation and improvement of vegetable industry organization mode is the key,and it is very necessary to further explore the choice of Bijie vegetable industry organization mode and its influencing factors.Based on this,based on the micro survey data of vegetable processing enterprises in Bijie city,this paper empirically analyzes the factors affecting the choice of industrial organization mode of vegetable enterprises.Firstly,the overall development of Bijie vegetable industry and the development status of vegetable processing enterprises and industrial organization mode are analyzed.Secondly,according to the domestic and foreign scholars of vegetable industry,agricultural industry organization pattern research status and related theoretical basis,combined with the characteristics of bijie city vegetable industry,based on vegetable source form,according to the closeness of enterprises and suppliers,this chapter defines the current bijie city vegetable industry organization pattern as loose,semi-tight and compact industrial organization pattern three types,the characteristics of the three organization pattern for comparative analysis,and supplemented by the case in the research.Finally,in bijie city vegetable processing enterprises,through research for micro data of vegetable enterprises,using relevant literature,influence the theoretical framework of vegetable enterprises,select environmental factors,asset specificity,transaction cost three characteristic variables as the main influencing factors,vegetable industry organization model,using multiple linear model,regression analysis,discusses the influence factors of vegetable enterprise industrial organization model,and improve the bijie city vegetable industry organization model policy Suggestions are as follows:Conclusion:(1)The vegetable industry and industrial organization system in Guizhou Province is in the rapid development stage,and Bijie has good industrial development advantages,vegetable production and planting area are growing,lack of close benefit mechanism;weak risk resistance;low quality of vegetable production and processing labor,low vegetable production technology and mechanization.(2)The description analysis and correlation analysis of the research data,it is concluded that most vegetable enterprises in Bijie city belong to the tight vegetable industry organization mode,and the trend is the direction of increasing closeness.(3)Through regression analysis,it is concluded that when the vegetable processing enterprises in Bijie choose the industrial organization mode,they are affected by the external environment,asset specificity,transaction cost and other factors.Suggestion: Vegetable industry development cannot leave the good external environment,to build the external environment agriculture guarantee mechanism,reduce the enterprise risk,the timeliness of suppliers and suppliers default will affect the choice of enterprise organization mode,so the stability is necessary to strengthen the contract between enterprises and cooperation organizations,which requires the government to establish and improve the benefit supervision mechanism.In the development process of vegetable industry,we should not only guide the organizational development of enterprises,promote the cooperative relationship between enterprises and upstream vegetable suppliers,establish a stable interest connection mechanism,strengthen the construction of enterprises themselves,and enhance their own risk resistance.The further development of vegetable industry needs to strengthen the vegetable production of agricultural machinery and technology input and the construction of human capital of vegetable industryt.更多还原
