【摘要】 2020年初,新冠疫情爆发,至今仍在影响着全世界的生产生活,学校的教育管理工作也受到了很大的冲击,疫情没有得到有效控制前,学校不得不采取停课的方式应对。为响应教育部“停课不停教,停课不停学”的号召,学校的教育管理从传统面对面的线下模式转变为线上模式,由于我国的疫情防控措施科学,疫情已经得到有效控制,但至今仍有零星的疫情出现,防控工作丝毫没有放松,疫情得到有效控制的地区,学生已经复学,线上教育管理模式又开始转变为线下为主的模式,线上线下模式的转换大大增加了学校和教师的教育管理工作难度,特别是小学班主任老师,面对一群懵懂幼稚的小学生,在对学生实施教育管理时,既要结合疫情防控的现实,又要考虑教育教学管理工作的需要,如何改善和提高自身的教育管理工作,达成对学生进行科学有效的教育管理目标,是新冠疫情背景下大家共同关注的重要问题。本文以长沙市3所小学作为重点研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,从教育和管理的角度,结合思想政治教育、疫情防控、教学管理、家校沟通四个维度,对在疫情背景下小学班主任的工作现状进行调查,运用SPSS23.0系统对调查收集的有效数据做统计分析。调查研究发现,部分班主任对疫情期间实行的网络教育管理模式不太适应,感觉学生管理难度大,在疫情防控工作方面,家校沟通不及时、不充分等问题。为此,本人针对小学班主任工作中出现的实际问题进行反思,提出了一些加强班主任工作的思路,以期在疫情背景下,为小学班主任开展教育管理工作提供了有效参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 outbreak is still affecting the production and life of the world,and the education and management of schools are also greatly impacted.Before the epidemic is effectively controlled,schools have to suspend classes to deal with it.In response to the Ministry of Education "suspended classes taught,not suspended,the school of education management from the traditional face-to-face offline mode into the online mode,for disease prevention and control measures of science in China,the outbreak has been effectively controlled,but there are still sporadic outbreaks occur,the prevention and control work does not relax,to effectively control the epidemic area,students have resumption of schooling Online education management pattern began to change to offline mode,online and offline mode conversion of the greatly increased the difficulty of the education management of schools and teachers,especially in the elementary school teacher in charge teacher,in the face of a group of children of the juvenile schoolchildren,when implementing the management of education for students,as well as combining the reality of the epidemic prevention and control,and to consider the needs of the education and teaching management,How to improve and enhance their own education and management,to achieve the goal of scientific and effective education and management for students,is an important issue of common concern under the background of COVID-19.In this paper,the three primary schools in Changsha City as the key research objects,adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,and from the perspective of education and management,combines the four dimensions of ideological and political education,epidemic prevention and control,teaching management,and home-school communication,to investigate the work status of primary school head teachers under the background of epidemic.SPSS23.0 system was used to make statistical analysis of the effective data collected from the survey.The investigation found that some head teachers were not well adapted to the online education management mode implemented during the epidemic period,and felt that it was difficult to manage students.In terms of epidemic prevention and control,the communication between home and school was not timely and sufficient.Therefore,I reflect on the practical problems in the work of primary school homeroom teachers,and put forward some ideas to strengthen the work of homeroom teachers,in order to provide an effective reference for the education management of primary school homeroom teachers under the background of the epidemic.更多还原
