A市行政办公区综合管廊工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 在工业、服务业等各行业以及市场环境、居民收入等各个因素的影响下,以及相关改革与利好政策的引导与保障,我国的经济总量在近些年中长期处于持续稳步发展与增长的阶段,中国也早已稳定成为全球第二大经济体。与此同时,我国的城市化进程也在以前所未有的速度随之迅速推进与发展,但受到诸如城市规划设计、土地资源有限、城市道路拥挤混乱等客观现实条件的影响与制约,“城市病”相关的一系列问题也在发展过程中日益凸显。城市地下综合管廊作为有效缓解“城市病”的一剂良药,是优化并提升城市环境与质量,适应现代化城市需求的一项重要的市政公共基础设施工程,因此也在逐渐发展并引起重视。综合管廊能够提升城市的环境与质量,所以管廊工程自身的质量同样非常重要。本文以A市行政办公区综合管廊工程项目为例,通过详细梳理和学习相关文献,采用现场调研、实证分析等方法,结合相关工程质量管理理论与分析工具,对于该工程项目的质量管理进行探究。首先,系统的梳理了综合管廊发展建设情况以及相关质量管理的研究情况,其次,分析并找出了该管廊工程施工阶段中重要的四个质量控制点,再次,针对上面四点提出了相应的质量管理控制措施,最后,保证工程质量达标并实现了该管廊项目的创优目标。以此希望从理论与实证两方面,对相关领域的研究起到补充与丰富的作用,对于类似的综合管廊工程项目也能起到一定的借鉴参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the impact of various elements such as industry and service industry,market environment and residents’ income,as well as the guidance and guarantee of relevant reform and favorable policies,China’s economic aggregate has been in a long-term and steady development and growth stage over the past years,nevertheless China has already become the world’s second largest economy.At the same time,the urbanization process of our country is also advancing and developing rapidly at an unprecedented speed.However,influenced and restricted by objective conditions such as urban planning and designing,limited land resources,crowded and chaotic urban roads,a series of problems related to "urban disease" have become increasingly prominent in the process of development.As an effective medicine to alleviate "urban disease",urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is an important municipal public infrastructure project to optimize and improve the urban environment and quality and meet the needs of modern cities.Therefore,it is gradually developing and attracting attention.Comprehensive pipe gallery can improve the city’s environment and quality,as a result the quality of pipe gallery project itself is also very important.This paper takes the comprehensive pipe gallery project of administrative office district in A City as an example.Through combing and studying relevant literature in detail,using a variety of different methods such as site survey research,logistics case study and others,combining with relevant engineering quality management theory and analysis tools,the quality management of the project was explored.Firstly,system combed the comprehensive utility tunnel development situation and related research situation of quality management.Secondly,analysis and find out the important four utility tunnel engineering construction stage quality control points.And then,four corresponding quality control measures are put forward.Finally,ensure engineering quality and achieve the merit to the utility tunnel project.It is hoped that it can supplement and enrich the research in related fields from both theoretical and empirical aspects,and also play a certain reference role for similar comprehensive pipe gallery engineering projects.更多还原
