【摘要】 虚拟创业是一种新型的创业模式,它是指创业者在创业初期将产业链上自身实力不足的弱势环节进行外包,从而将自身的弱势转换为优势,有效避免实体创业模式中高投入、长周期、高风险等缺点,将创业者的有限资源及精力投入到核心竞争力的打造上,不仅能降低创业的门槛和风险,还能够快速适应市场的变化,建立竞争优势。随着虚拟企业逐渐成为当今时代的主流企业模式,大量的创业者开始采用虚拟创业模式进行创业活动,如小米、耐克、恒源祥等知名品牌都以虚拟创业的形式取得成功。创业生态系统理论提出于二十世纪初,已有大量学者针对创业生态系统展开研究,取得了丰硕的学术成果,但既有研究对象多为传统实体创业企业。虚拟创业作为一种新的创业形式和未来发展的趋势,仍未引起学术界的重视,相关研究较为匮乏,难以有针对性地指导虚拟创业实践,故如何有效指导虚拟创业活动已经成为当前亟需解决的科学问题之一。本研究采用定性和定量相结合的研究方法。在定性研究阶段,本研究选择四家典型企业作为样本,运用扎根范式研究方法深入创业者和虚拟企业实际情境,通过访谈的形式获取所需的一手数据,在对虚拟创业生态系统的定义内涵进行准确辨析的同时,探究虚拟创业生态系统的组成成分,深入发掘各要素之间、主体和环境之间的互动关系,最终构建虚拟创业生态系统运行模型,实现对虚拟创业生态系统理论的有效解释。为了进一步对理论模型进行阐释,定量研究阶段,本研究采用组合赋权法,对虚拟创业生态系统各要素的重要性进行评估,并构建虚拟创业生态系统稳定性测评模型,为优化虚拟创业生态系统环境、提高虚拟创业效率提供理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virtual entrepreneurship is a new entrepreneurial model.It means that entrepreneurs outsource the weak links in the industrial chain at the initial stage of entrepreneurship,so as to convert their weaknesses into advantages,effectively avoid the shortcomings of high investment,long cycle and high risk in the physical entrepreneurial model,and invest the limited resources and energy owned by entrepreneurs into the building of core competitiveness,which can not only reduce the threshold and risk of entrepreneurship,It can also quickly adapt to market changes and establish competitive advantage.With the virtual enterprise gradually becoming the mainstream enterprise model of today’s era,a large number of entrepreneurs began to use the virtual Entrepreneurship Model for entrepreneurial activities,such as Xiaomi,Nike,Hengyuanxiang and other well-known brands have achieved success in the form of virtual entrepreneurship.The theory of entrepreneurial ecosystem was put forward in the early 20 th century.A large number of scholars have carried out research on entrepreneurial ecosystem and achieved fruitful academic results,but most of the existing research objects are traditional entity entrepreneurial enterprises.As a new form of entrepreneurship and future development trend,virtual entrepreneurship has not attracted the attention of the academic community.There is a lack of relevant research,which is difficult to guide the practice of virtual entrepreneurship.Therefore,effectively guiding virtual entrepreneurship activities has become one of the scientific problems that need to be solved urgently.This study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.In the qualitative research stage,this study selects four typical enterprises as samples,uses the grounded paradigm research method to go deep into the actual situation of entrepreneurs and virtual enterprises,obtains the required first-hand data in the form of interviews,accurately discriminates the definition and connotation of virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem,explores the components of virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem,and deeply explores the interactive relationship between various elements,subjects and environment,Finally,the operation model of virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem is constructed to realize the effective interpretation of virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem theory.In order to further explain the theoretical model,in the quantitative research stage,this study uses the combined weighting method to evaluate the importance of various elements of the virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem,and constructs the stability evaluation model of the virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem,so as to provide theoretical guidance for optimizing the environment of the virtual entrepreneurship ecosystem and improving the efficiency of virtual entrepreneurship.更多还原
