【摘要】 在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党的内蒙古民族干部教育与其领导的新民主主义革命事业有着密切关系,是党将新民主主义革命理论变成实践的重要体现,为取得新民主主义革命的彻底胜利以及内蒙古自治区域的成立和建设,奠定了坚实的干部基础。因此,从历史的发展脉络去考察中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期对内蒙古民族干部教育的重要认识,以及内蒙古民族干部教育的基本历程和历史意义,从而总结其历史经验和现实启示,对于在新时代背景下促进党的干部事业健康发展和提高干部队伍业务水平以及综合素质,具有至关重要的意义。本文以1921年至1949年中国共产党的内蒙古民族干部教育为研究对象,以党的历史文件汇编、档案史料为理论基础,全面而深入的研究中国共产党对内蒙古民族干部教育的探索,总结其历史经验和现实启示。正文有四个方面的内容:一是中国共产党开展内蒙古民族干部教育的历史背景。这一部分主要是对新民主主义革命时期复杂的社会背景进行陈述和说明。二是中国共产党内蒙古民族干部教育的基本发展历程。这一部分主要是以在新民主主义革命时期中国共产党为培养内蒙古民族干部而颁布的一系列指示、决议、通知等教育政策为理论依据,对新民主主义革命时期中国共产党内蒙古民族干部教育的初创时期、形成时期、成熟时期和发展时期等四个阶段形成全面的认识。第三部分是中国共产党内蒙古民族干部教育的历史经验。这部分主要是总结和归纳中国共产党开展内蒙古民族干部教育的过程中所积累的历史经验,为新时代背景下中国特色社会主义民族干部教育事业的进一步发展提供历史性参考。第四部分是中国共产党内蒙古民族干部教育的现实启示。这一部分主要是总结和归纳中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期积累的民族干部教育经验,为新时代党的干部教育事业健康发展提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In new-democratic revolution period,the ethnic cadre education of Inner Mongolia and party leadership of the communist party of China’s new-democratic revolution have close relations,the party will be the important of new democratic revolution theory into practice,to achieve complete victory of new-democratic revolution and the establishment of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and construction,and laid a solid foundation for the cadres.Therefore,from the historical development context to investigate the CPC’s important understanding of the education of Inner Mongolia ethnic cadres in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,as well as the basic course and historical significance of the education of Inner Mongolia ethnic cadres,so as to summarize its historical experience and realistic enlightenment.Under the background of the new era,it is of vital significance to promote the healthy development of the party’s cadre cause and improve the professional level and comprehensive quality of the cadre team.This paper takes the CPC’s education of ethnic cadres in Inner Mongolia from 1921 to 1949 as the research object,takes the party’s compilation of historical documents and archival materials as the theoretical basis,comprehensively and deeply studies the CPC’s exploration of the education of ethnic cadres in Inner Mongolia,and summarizes its historical experience and realistic enlightenment.The text has four aspects : one is the historical background of the Communist Party of China to carry out the education of ethnic cadres in Inner Mongolia.This part mainly states and explains the complex social background during the new Democratic revolution.The second is the basic course of the CPC Inner Mongolia ethnic cadre education.This part mainly in the period of new-democratic revolution of the communist party of China promulgated a series of instructions for the cultivation of Inner Mongolia ethnic cadre resolution,and notify the education policy as the theoretical basis,the new democratic revolution period of the communist party of China,Inner Mongolia ethnic cadre education startup period,the forming period,development period and mature period four stages to form a comprehensive understanding.The third part is the communist Party of China Inner Mongolia ethnic cadre education historical experience.This part mainly summarizes the historical experience accumulated by the CPC in the process of carrying out the education of ethnic cadres in Inner Mongolia,and provides historical reference for the further development of the education of ethnic cadres of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the background of the new era The fourth part is the communist Party of China Inner Mongolia ethnic cadre education realistic enlightenment.This part mainly summarizes the experience of ethnic cadre education accumulated by the Communist Party of China in the period of the New Democratic revolution,and provides enlightenment for the education and training of party cadres in the new era.更多还原
