【摘要】 近年来,智能技术的发展取得了长足进步,智能产品的研发也获得极大的关注,各家企业都在想方设法拥抱科技,希望在智能产品领域有所建树。然而,智能产品的研发并非一蹴而就,尤其是传统儿童耐用品企业,智能产品研发项目成功率不高,智能产品市场表现不佳成了行业困扰。关于如何利用智能技术,研发出具有竞争力的智能产品,大家都在不断的探索,期望能够构建适合企业自身发展的智能产品研发项目管理体系。本文将GD公司智能项目中心智能产品研发管理作为一个项目进行研究,运用多种管理理论和方法,识别、分析存在的管理问题,总结原因,并提出相应的改善方案。首先,调研、总结国内外产品研发管理的相关理论,对智能产品研发项目管理的现状进行系统分析,结合具体的实例,识别出在研发项目组织、项目研发流程、项目团队激励方面存在的问题,并进一步分析其产生的原因,通过对该智能产品研发的SWOT分析,综合运用IPD集成产品开发理论,在完善智能项目中心项目组织、优化项目研发流程、改进研发项目绩效激励机制等方面构建适用于当前状况的智能产品研发项目管理体系,从而提高智能产品研发成功率。为了能够使得改进方案有效实施,本文进一步提出了在建立培训学习机制、获取政府政策支持、公司高层高度重视保证资源投入等方面获得足够的保障。GD公司智能产品研发项目管理体系构建是典型的传统制造企业对智能技术应用的探索,通过本文研究,对GD公司现有智能产品研发项目管理体系提出了改进意见,制定切实可行的实施方案,丰富了传统企业智能产品研发项目管理的实践经验,同时也为传统儿童耐用品制造企业实现产品智能化提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the development of intelligent technology has made great progress,and the research and development of intelligent products has also received great attention.Various enterprises are trying to embrace science and technology,hoping to make achievements in the field of intelligent products.However,the research and development of intelligent products is not accomplished overnight,especially for traditional children’s durable goods enterprises.The success rate of intelligent product research and development projects is not high,and the poor market performance of intelligent products has become a problem in the industry.On how to use intelligent technology,research and development of competitive intelligent products,we are constantly exploring,looking forward to building intelligent product research and development project management system suitable for the development of enterprises.In this thesis,the intelligent product R&D management of GD Intelligent Project Center is studied as a project,and various management theories and methods are applied to identify and analyze the existing management problems,summarize the causes,and put forward corresponding improvement plans.First of all,the management of research and product development in China and related theory,on the present status of intelligent product development project management system analysis,combined with concrete example,identify the r&d project organization,project development process,the project team incentive problems,and further analysis the reasons,through the SWOT analysis of the intelligent product research and development,The IPD integrated product development theory is comprehensively used to construct an intelligent product R&D project management system suitable for the current situation in terms of improving the project organization of the intelligent project center,optimizing the project R&D process and improving the performance incentive system of the R&D project,so as to improve the success rate of intelligent product r&d.In order to make the improvement plan effective implementation,this thesis further proposes that sufficient guarantee should be obtained in the establishment of training and learning mechanism,the acquisition of government policy support,the company’s top management attaches great importance to ensuring resource investment and other aspects.GD company building intelligent product development project management system is a typical exploration on the application of the intelligent technology,the traditional manufacturing enterprises through this article research,to GD company’s existing intelligent product research and development project management system put forward the improvement opinion,formulate feasible implementing scheme,enrich the traditional enterprise intelligent product research and development project management practices,At the same time,it also provides reference for traditional children durable goods manufacturing enterprises to realize product intelligence.更多还原
