【摘要】 在中国经济实力显著增强的大背景下,中国汽车企业实现蓬勃发展,同时带动了汽车零部件产业快速本地化,对软件功能定制化及响应速度的要求不断提高。包括W公司在内的供应商面临的软件交付压力不断加大,各供应商为了分得市场份额,纷纷在软件开发流程方面不断改进。本论文首先针对W公司软件开发流程现状,使用流程图分析法,分析出软件交付延期严重的问题,并在需求变更、文档制作及评审、软件开发及集成、缺陷解决等子流程进行了具体的分析,通过ASME分析工具,找出关键活动,得出当前软件开发流程的增值与非增值活动,进一步总结出各子流程的问题。其次,理论与实际相结合,导入敏捷开发流程。建立Scrum团队,并基于Scrum敏捷开发的流程,对W公司汽车网关软件开发的流程进行改进:建立迭代计划,每日站会,冲刺评审,冲刺回顾等环节。同时采用ESIA优化方法,删除原有流程的非增值活动,简化并整合流程的部分环节,增加核心增值活动,充分发挥自动化的高效率性,在需求变更、文档制作及评审、软件开发及集成、缺陷处理等流程中,形成轻量化的软件开发流程。最后,在试点项目中,应用改进后的流程,进行试点项目实践。总结并分析试点项目流程的数据,可知开发效率及客户满意度都改善明显,软件延期释放的问题明显改进。基于本文的流程研究方案,试点项目实施取得不错的效果,证明试点项目是很有参考价值的实践。本论文的流程改进为W公司软件开发提供一种有效的开发流程,为解决中国项目中存在的软件延期交付问题打下基础,有进一步完善并内部推广的必要,同时对相关的零部件企业也有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the significant increase in China’s economic strength,Chinese auto companies have achieved vigorous development,and at the same time they have driven the rapid localization of the auto parts industry,and the requirements for the customization of software functions and the speed of response have continued to increase.Suppliers,including W company,are facing increasing pressure on software delivery.In order to gain market share,they have continuously improved the software development process.This thesis firstly aims at the status of W company’s software development process,using flow chart analysis method to analyze the serious problems of software delivery delay.It also conducts specific analysis in the sub-processes of requirement change,document production and review,software development and integration,and defect handling.Through ASME analysis tools,key activities are identified,and the value-added and non-value-added activities of the current software development process are obtained.Summarize the process problems of each sub-process.Secondly,the theory and practice are combined,and the agile development process is introduced.Establish a Scrum team,and based on the Scrum agile development process,improve the Gateway software development process for W company : establish an iterative plan,daily stand-up meetings,sprint review,and other links.At the same time,the ESIA optimization method is adopted to delete the non-value-added activities of the original process,simplify and integrate part of the process,increase the core value-added activities,and give full play to the high efficiency of automation.In sub-processes such as defect handling,a lightweight software development process is formed.Finally,in the pilot project,the optimized process is applied to carry out the pilot project practice.Summarizing and analyzing the data of the pilot project process,it is concluded that development efficiency and customer satisfaction have improved significantly,and the problem of delayed software release has been significantly optimized.Based on the process research plan of this article,the pilot project has achieved good results,which proves that the pilot project is a very valuable practice.The process optimization of this thesis provides an effective development process for the software development of W company,and lays a foundation for solving the problem of software delivery delays in Chinese projects.It is necessary to further improve and promote internally.At the same time,it also has certain meaning of reference for related parts and components companies.更多还原
