XD公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 企业战略是企业的发展导向,是企业目标的集中体现。发展战略作为企业的行动纲领,不仅是对企业将来发展的一种筹划,同时也能为企业的发展思路和实施经营行为提供清晰的指引。一个企业的可持续发展离不开明晰的发展战略,中小企业作为市场经济的重要组成部分,经济比重逐渐增加,要实现其健康稳定可持续的发展,不仅要提升战略管理意识,制定科学的战略决策,为企业提供方向指引,同时也要重视战略的实施。本文以XD公司为研究对象,首先,在绪论部分阐述了研究的背景和意义,以及相关的研究思路和方法,并查阅了相关理论文献,了解战略管理的过程和主要的分析方法,建立战略管理理论框架。其次,运用PEST分析法和五力模型,分别分析了XD公司所处的宏观环境和产业环境中面临的机会和威胁,并对其内部资源和能力进行分析,识别其核心竞争力,挖掘内部的优势和劣势,并利用SWOT分析方法分析了XD公司的外部机遇与威胁和内部优势与劣势,分别对SO、ST、WO、WT四种战略类型进行优势劣势对比分析后,选择最适宜XD公司发展的战略类型。另外,对XD公司选择的发展战略进行了详细的战略规划和实施策略分析,确保发展战略的有效实施。最后,对XD公司发展战略保障措施进一步分析,确保XD公司在发展过程中发挥自身优势的同时,及时把握外部环境的变化,在机遇与风险并存的市场竞争中,抓住机遇,能够克服企业内部劣势,提升企业的综合实力,保障发展战略的顺利实施,为XD公司的可持续发展提供动力源泉。本文总体研究结合XD公司的实际情况制定出了符合公司发展的战略规划,同时也阐释了XD公司发展战略的实施与企业资源之间的协同关系,这将为XD公司的发展乃至其他中小企业公司发展战略的制定提供有益的借鉴。
【Abstract】 The Enterprise Strategy is the development direction of the enterprise as same as the concentrated target of its activities.As the guideline of the Enterprise,the development strategy is not only a kind of planning and design for the future development,but also a clear direction for the development ideas and management of business.An enterprise cannot be separated from a clear development strategy.As an important part of the market economy,the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises is gradually increasing in the national economy.In order to realize their healthy,stable and sustainable development,it is not only necessary to enhance the awareness of strategic management,formulate scientific strategic decisions,but also to pay attention to the implementation of strategies.This paper takes XD company as the research object and makes a deeply research on its development strategy.First of all,it elaborates the background and significance of the study,as well as the relevant research ideas and methods in the introduction section.The theoretical framework of strategic management was established by reading the relevant theoretical literature and studying the process of strategic management and the main analytical methods.Secondly,in order to identify its core competitiveness,it analyzes not only the XD company micro-environment and industry environment by using PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces but also the internal resources and capabilities.Select the most appropriate development strategy by analyzing XD Company’s external opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages with SWOT analysis method and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of SO,ST,WO and WT.Thirdly,strategic planning and implementation strategy analysis is further refined to ensure development strategy to carry out effectively Finally,it makes further analysis of safeguard measures in order to remote the smooth of XD Company’s development strategy.Through the study of XD company’s development strategy,it is beneficial for XD company to find its own advantages and disadvantages,grasp the changes in the external environment,set up the competitive advantage positively and Seize market opportunities in the fierce market competition with both opportunities and risks,providing the sustainable force for the company.In this paper,it formulated an appropriate development strategy following the present development status of the company.it also explained the cooperative relation between the implementation of the development strategy of XD Company and resources.It would provide useful reference for the development of XD Company and other small and medium-sized enterprises.
