【摘要】 “交往”这一范畴贯穿于马克思唯物史观形成和发展的各个阶段。世界交往是交往发展到一定阶段的产物,随着社会生产力的普遍发展,世界分工与世界市场逐步建立,民族国家的区域性交往转变为世界性的普遍交往。而现实的个人只有从孤立性、地域性转向世界性,才能实现其自由全面发展。党的十八大以来,习近平坚持以马克思世界交往理论为指导,结合当今世界发展大势和中国发展新的历史方位,形成关于世界交往的思想与观点。“一带一路”倡议是继承马克思世界交往理论传统,以人的自由全面发展为出发点的全球性行动倡议,九年来得到越来越多国家和国际组织的积极响应,是世界百年未有之大变局背景下中国践行马克思世界交往理论的生动体现。本文主要从四个部分对马克思世界交往理论视域下“一带一路”建设展开论述研究。第一部分,对马克思世界交往理论的主要内容进行梳理提炼,在此基础上从理论承新的角度总结出习近平关于世界交往的思想与观点,指出“一带一路”倡议是中国开展世界交往新的实践平台和可靠机制。第二部分,着眼于现实,在马克思世界交往理论视域下,以政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通为切入点,对“一带一路”建设所取得的成效进行全面分析。第三部分,对马克思世界交往理论视域下“一带一路”建设面临的现实挑战进行梳理,指出“一带一路”推进过程中所面临的经济、政治、文化等方面的风险与挑战。第四部分,探索马克思世界交往理论的丰富内涵对“一带一路”建设的路径启示,在世界交往形势复杂多变的情况下,要在马克思世界交往理论指导下,高质量开展经贸合作、发展伙伴关系、提升文化软实力,推动世界经济交往合作共赢、政治交往对话协商、文化交往和谐共生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The category of "intercourse" runs through all stages of the formation and development of Marx’s historical materialism.The general development of social productive forces promotes the gradual establishment of the world division of labor and the world market,and the regional exchanges of nation-states are transformed into universal exchanges around the world.Individuals can realize their free and comprehensive development only when they completely change their isolated nationality and regionality to blend in with the whole world and become a global and historical person.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has adhered to the guidance of Marx’s theory of world intercourse,combined with the current world development trend and the new historical orientation of China’s development,to form thoughts and views on world intercourse.The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)is a global action initiative that inherits the tradition of Marx’s theory of world intercourse and takes the free and comprehensive development of people as its starting point.Over the past nine years,more and more countries and international organizations have received support.The positive response is a vivid manifestation of China’s practice of Marx’s theory of world intercourse in the context of the world’s unprecedented changes in a century.This paper mainly discusses and researches the construction of the BRI from the perspective of Marx’s world intercourse theory from four parts.The first part,from the perspective of history,vertically sorts out and extracts a relatively clear Marxist theory of world intercourse,on this basis,summarizes the main content of Xi Jinping’s thoughts and views on world intercourse from the perspective of new theory,and points out that BRI is a new practice for China to carry out world intercourse platform and reliable mechanism.The second part,focusing on reality,from the perspective of Marx’s theory of world intercourse,takes policy communication,facility construction,trade cooperation,financial integration,and people-to-people bonds as the breakthrough point to make a comprehensive analysis of the achievements of BRI construction.The third part sorts out the challenges faced by the construction of BRI from the perspective of Marx’s theory of world intercourse,and points out the economic,political,cultural and other issues and challenges in the process of promoting BRI.The fourth part explores the enlightenment of the rich connotation of Marx’s theory of world communication to the construction of BRI.Under the complex and changeable situation of world communication,under the guidance of Marx’s theory of world intercourse,high-quality economic and trade cooperation and close development must be carried out.Partnership,enhance cultural soft power,and promote win-win cooperation in world economic exchanges,dialogue and consultation in political exchanges,and harmony and inclusiveness in cultural exchanges.更多还原
