X银行Y分行员工培训体系优化研究

【摘要】 随着金融体制改革的不断深入,金融行业已逐步革除原有发展模式,不管是国有商业银行、股份制商业银行还是城市商业银行、农商行,传统业务模式已无法满足客户需求,更不能实现可持续发展,在新业态的催生下,各类性质的银行都在极力转变业务模式,充分利用科技赋能,发挥数字金融优势,不断创新金融工具,力争以更优质的产品、更贴心的服务来不断提高自身的市场份额,提升市场竞争力。人才竞争是时代竞争主题之一,拥有优质人才是建立起核心竞争力的关键,尤其是数字化改革不断深入的大环境下,银行业亟需培养起一支高素质队伍,在市场调研、战略制定、战略评估、战略实施等方面充分施展才华,切实提高发展质效。因此对现有人力资源开展有效的培训显得尤为重要,是能否将“人材”转化为“人才”、“人财”的关键环节。X银行Y分行自成立以来,便把培训工作纳入到分行发展的顶层设计中,融入到日常业务的方方面面,力争通过高质量的培训体系充分释放人才红利。本文以X银行Y分行为研究对象,通过深入研究如何做好员工培训,从而提高Y分行的业务管理能力以及业务运营能力,进而实现分行竞争力的提高,整体业绩的提升。本文结合X银行Y分行目前的发展情况,在充分研究国内及国外培训理论的基础上,通过问卷调查法、访谈法等方式最大程度了解X银行Y分行现有的人力资源培训体系中存在的问题,从而利用相关理论,围绕X银行Y分行的发展需求,对其现有人力资源培训体系进行优化设计,为提高该行培训工作的质效以及实现全面高质量发展奠定基础。

【Abstract】 With the deepening of financial system reform,the financial industry has gradually eliminated the original development model.Whether it is state-owned banks,joint-stock commercial banks,urban commercial banks or rural commercial banks,the traditional business model can no longer meet the needs of customers,let alone achieve sustainable development.With the birth of new business forms,banks of all kinds are trying their best to change their business models,Make full use of the empowerment of science and technology,give full play to the advantages of digital finance,constantly innovate financial instruments,and strive to continuously improve their market share and market competitiveness with higher quality products and more considerate services.In the final analysis,the competition in today’s society is the competition for talents.Owning talent resources is the key to establishing core competitiveness.Especially in the environment of deepening digital reform,the banking industry urgently needs to cultivate a high-quality team to fully display its talents in market research,strategy formulation,strategy evaluation and strategy implementation,so as to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of development.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out effective training for existing human resources,which is the key link to transform "talents" into "human wealth".Since its establishment,Y branch of bank X has incorporated training into the top-level design of branch development and all aspects of daily business,and strive to fully release talent dividends through high-quality training system.Taking the behavior of Y branch of bank x as the research object,this paper deeply studies how to do well in staff training,so as to improve the business management ability and business operation ability of Y branch,so as to improve the competitiveness and overall performance of the branch.Combined with the development reality of Y branch of bank x,on the basis of fully studying the training theory at home and abroad,this paper tries to understand the problems existing in the existing training system of Y branch of bank x to the greatest extent through questionnaire survey,so as to optimize the design of its existing training system by using the training theory and the needs of Y branch of bank x for practical development,It lays a foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of the bank’s training work and realizing comprehensive and high-quality development.
